Alec is a Vice President at Denali Growth Partners. Prior to joining Denali, Alec was a Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank, where he was responsible for evaluating credit facilities to support middle-market HCIT and SaaS businesses.
He earned his BSBA, with a concentration in Finance, from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. He is involved with Year Up and an avid Pan-Mass Challenge participant.

Bill is the COO and an Operating Partner at Denali Growth Partners with diverse operating experience working with growth stage companies in both technology and healthcare sectors. Before joining Denali, Bill served as CFO, COO and CEO of multiple companies, managed the early commercialization efforts of multiple medical device companies, and represented institutional capital on different Boards of Directors.
He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management.
Erik is an Associate at Denali Growth Partners. Prior to joining Denali, Erik was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch ("BAML"). Before BAML, he spent five (5) years as an Acquisition Officer in the United States Air Force and was responsible for acquiring systems and technology.
He holds a BS in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy ("USAFA"). At USAFA, he was a two-time team captain of the Division I Lacrosse Team and a USILA All American. He received the Franklin Roth Award, awarded to the top student-athlete in the graduating class. Erik was selected as the 37th overall pick in the 2014 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft, making him the first Cadet drafted from USAFA. He played four (4) seasons as a midfielder for the Boston Cannons.
Greg is a Vice President at Denali Growth Partners. Prior to joining Denali, Greg was an Associate at Summit Partners. Before Summit, Greg was an investment banking analyst at William Blair & Company.
He holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Greg is the proud son of two Romanian immigrants and is a native speaker of the language.
Jerry is an analyst at Denali Growth Partners. He graduated from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He holds a BS in Management. He was a part of the Men's hockey team, where he won a National Championship in 2021 and was a team captain his senior year.
Jesse Lane - Founder, Managing Director
Jesse Lane is the Founder and Managing Director of Denali Growth Partners. Prior to founding Denali, Jesse was a growth equity investor at Summit Partners, where he led investments primarily focused on the technology, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
He holds an AB in Government from Harvard University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Kyle is an Associate at Denali Growth Partners. Prior to joining Denali, Kyle was an Investment Banking Associate at William Blair in the Healthcare Technology group. Before William Blair, he spent two (2) years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Provident Healthcare Partners. He holds a BSBA, with a concentration in finance, from Merrimack College.
Sean is an analyst at Denali Growth Partners. He graduated summa cum laude from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. He holds a BS in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance.
