Juan Kingsbury is an expert in administering and debriefing a variety of assessments for Leadership Resources. His extensive knowledge as well as his facilitation skills, combine to provide clients with superior insight and learning about themselves and their team. Juan also helps clients benchmark jobs to know exactly what is needed for superior performance.
In 2007, Juan founded Career Blindspot, specializing in workplace fulfillment and matching professionals' talents and goals to their careers. Juan helps managers find and retain the right talent through his experience using a set of competencies, tools and a proven method to recognize value.
He assesses thousands of employees and potential candidates in a variety of roles (entry level, sales, executive level), for an average of 50 companies annually. Executive and department leaders work with Juan to salvage or prevent "square peg in a round hole" situations, re-frame value and align managers and their employees with workplace fulfillment goals.
Additionally, Juan lives in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Courtney. He earned his Bachelor's of Global Business at Arizona State University.

Shonda Sammons has over 25 years of experience, including a strong focus in the financial services industry. Shonda works directly with employers and employees to provide coaching, guidance and expertise to build brand advocates. Through working directly with frontline and support staff, and gaining a thorough understanding of a company's strategic and branding focus, she fosters abilities and uncovers hidden competitive advantages in a company's existing workforce.
In addition to her her highly energetic facilitation style, Shonda focuses on helping companies identify in-house talent, matching skill sets of employees to job responsibilities, evaluating recruitment efforts and converting everyday order takers to enterprising champions. She is also the author of a survey which assists an organization by identifying gaps in staff engagement.
Shonda and her husband live in Kentucky with their son. She loves gardening and canning and is passionate about helping people achieve their highest potential.

Stacey Harris, President of Leadership Resources and Consulting, LLC, a consulting firm located in Austin, Texas, has more than 28 years experience in helping organizations use assessments to effectively meet their human capital needs. Since joining the company in February 1992, Stacey has played an integral role in many aspects of the organization and has served as a key contributor to the company's success, as well as the success of LRC's clients.
Stacey has worked with Fortune 500 corporations, nonprofits, government agencies, educational institutions, and small businesses throughout the U.S. and internationally to help employees and managers learn the behavioral skills and emotional intelligence skills needed to communicate more effectively in a wide range of applications, such as management development, teambuilding, sales training, and more.

Stacey received the Trainer of the Year Award in 2014 and the Bill Brooks Impact Award in 2016 for her commitment and contributions to the industry and the TTISI network. Leadership Resources and Consulting received the VAA with the largest sales increase award in 2020.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Baylor University, loves a good 80s music playlist, enjoys a savory cup of chai, and is always up for a competitive board game. She and her husband, Shane, live in Austin and they have three grown children - all of which she considers her greatest accomplishment.
Stacey Harris is President of Leadership Resources and Consulting. Since joining the company in February 1992, Stacey has played an integral role in many aspects of the organization. Stacey received her BA in Computer Science from Baylor University in 1991. Stacey was originally hired on a contract basis to write a program to convert ASCII code from Salemaker to Telemagic in the days of DOS. When that three week project was completed, she was offered a full-time position on the Training Solutions Team. During that time she also headed the catalog design team and wrote and designed many marketing pieces in the mid to late 90s. In 1996, she designed the first website for Leadership Resources.
