DYH Business Brokers was founded in 1981 by three partners. In the early years, it came under full ownership by Senior Partner, Don Hake. DYH established a reputation for competence and integrity. We operate with anonymity and confidentiality when providing services to avoid the four "harms" that may occur when a business is found out to be "for sale." These harms include employees, customers, vendors, and competitors... It is our practice to represent sellers in transactions. DYH represented a broad spectrum of business sales both large and small with a concentration in the Pennsylvania and Maryland state areas. Because of that DYH has an extensive list of potential buyers from around the globe... We offer free valuations of businesses, in fact, all of our work is free until the day we sell your business. Our commissions are straight-forward: 10% of the first 50,000 of the transaction, 9% of the second 50,000, 8% of the third, 7% of the fourth, 6% of the fifth, 5% of the next and 4%..
