Dunmore Consulting is a privately owned consulting company with its head office based in Sydney Australia... Dunmore Consulting was established in 2007 by its two founding partners, both of whom come from senior roles within professional services firms. After several years consulting and contracting to a number of businesses in the financial services and IT sectors, they wanted to create a business based on their individual skills covering strategy, program, project, change and risk management... At Dunmore, our approach to consulting is focused on a balance of simplicity and pragmatism. We leverage existing, proven management methodologies however these are never taken as writ as every situation is different - we approach every new opportunity with a good dose of common sense taking care not to over-complicate what can often be a simple solution to a problem.
