Brent Shirk, CPA, is the Senior Vice President- Finance and Treasurer of Eastern Alliance and has been with the company for 18 years. Brent has more than 27 years of insurance industry experience, including ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) and Ernst & Young, LLP. Brent is actively involved in coaching soccer and is the President of the Northeastern Youth Sports Association's soccer club. Brent is a member of the Pennsylvania and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Shippensburg University with a B.S. degree in accounting.

Harry Talbert is the Senior Vice President of Information Technology for Eastern Alliance and has been with the company for 22 years. Harry joined the company in June 2000. He began his professional career with EDS in 1986. During his 14 years with EDS, he was responsible for numerous insurance segment projects, including work for Liberty Mutual, Kemper Corporation and General Motors. Harry received a B.S. degree in computer information systems from West Liberty State College.

Kevin Shook, CPA, is a director and President of Eastern Alliance and its operating subsidiaries and has been with Eastern for 21 years. Kevin has 31 years of insurance industry experience, including 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), in Philadelphia. During his tenure with PwC, Kevin worked with insurance and reinsurance companies in the Eastern United States and Bermuda, and specialized in assisting clients with initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and internal control reviews. Kevin is a member of of the Board of Directors of Trinity High School in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and is a member of the Board of Directors of Eastern Alliance Insurance Group and Eastern Re and Inova Re. He was a 2012 finalist for Central Penn Business Journal's CFO of the Year. Kevin is a graduate of Fairfield University, with a B.S. degree in accounting.

Robert Gilpin is the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Eastern Alliance and has been with Eastern for 24 years. He has 32 years of insurance industry experience, including positions with the PMA Group and CIGNA. Bob is an active volunteer with the Alliance for a Living Ocean (ALO), an English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor with Church World Services (CWS) and serves as a mentor in Temple University's ProfessionOWL Young Alumni Mentor Program. He holds a Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License. Bob earned a B.B.A. in finance and economics from Temple University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from St. Joseph's University.
