Ecolibrium3 is a non-profit organization operating in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Duluth at the intersection of energy and equity with a mission to inspire change towards an equitable and sustainable future... Ecolibrium3 began as Common Ground Deconstruction Services and Reuse Center in 2004 to train low-income individuals in the trades while recovering building materials. Over the course of its first eight years, the social enterprise of the 501(c)3 nonprofit, Northern Communities Land Trust, expanded its role from deconstruction to green affordable housing construction... In addressing our greenhouse gas emissions, we must also acknowledge that our food, transportation and energy systems have contributed to racial, economic, and other injustices.
