Elise received her Real Estate License in 1982 and graduated with a BS degree in Marketing from San Jose State University in 1984. She worked for and was mentored by one of the Top Century 21 Agents in all of Northern California and Nevada from 1980-1989, acting as an escrow coordinator and marketing specialist for his sales business. It was during that time that Elise learned how to effectively conduct a direct marketing campaign to generate business as well as the importance of successfully marketing the properties and develop the necessary skills to negotiate on behalf of their clients. While working at Century 21, Elise was facilitating over 80 sales a year. Looking for a new challenge, Elise was hired by the owners of Century 21 Champion to actively recruit, train and manage the sales force from the onset of their opening in 1989.
