Abbie joins the Entrust team having worked in the offshore finance industry since 2016. She is committed to ensuring that her clients receive the highest levels of service. Abbie holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, for which she was the top scoring student in Jersey for 2020. Having joined the Jersey Branch STEP Committee in June 2021, Abbie has recently been appointed as the Conference Officer alongside her existing role as Programme Secretary, assisting the Jersey Branch with organising all CPD events including the Jersey Annual Conference.
Clive graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc in Economics, Accounting and Finance in 1987 and qualified as an accountant with Ernst and Young shortly thereafter. Clive brings a significant depth of experience to Entrust, having most recently assisted with the World Bank National Risk Assessment for Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in Jersey. He sits on the Board, the New Business Committee and the Risk Committee and is Entrust's Money Laundering Compliance Officer and Compliance Officer.
Dan joins the Entrust team having worked in the offshore finance industry for over 7 years. He has a degree in Financial Services which he completed at Highlands College in Jersey and holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. Dan has diverse experience, having been lead administrator on various complex structures, covering a range of assets. Dan enjoys building quality long term relationships with clients and intermediaries and ensuring the highest levels of client service are delivered.
Emma has over twenty years of experience working in the Trust industry. A qualified UK Solicitor, she has worked for blue chip names such as Credit Suisse Trust Limited and, latterly, Rothschild Trust Guernsey Limited where she spent six years as Managing Director. She is also a former President of the Guernsey International Legal Association and has been named a Citywealth Power Woman and Citywealth Leader in Trust. Emma has a proven track record of working with clients and advisors to effectively resolve disputes that can arise in trust relationships.
Laura brings to Entrust a wealth of experience in financial services, having spent over 25 years working in the industry for several of the Island's leading service providers. Laura has experience in dealing with high and ultra-high net worth families and entrepreneurs, looking after a wide range of assets, held within various structures tailored to a client's specific requirements. These consist of simple trust and company structures to more complex structures, including Private and Managed Trust company solutions, Jersey Private Funds and Family Investment Companies.
Laura has a particular area of expertise with clients from the Middle East, having travelled to the region on numerous occasions and built strong client relations and a network of intermediaries.
Laura holds a diploma with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is an active member of the Institute of Directors.
Laura entered the offshore finance industry in 2005 after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a BA (Hons) in English Studies and History. In the years since, she has earnt several professional qualifications and, in 2016, a Law degree from Nottingham Trent University. In 2018 she was included in the eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 under 35. She specialises in the management and administration of SPVs, particularly family trusts and complex holding structures. She has practical experience of establishing and running private and charitable foundations. She prides herself on building long-standing relationships with clients.
Laura has over 10 years' experience working in a mid-sized multi-jurisdictional financial services business.
With a diverse range of responsibilities managing tasks across different departments, Laura has a valuable and versatile skill set.
Mark qualified as an accountant with Deloitte Jersey in 1992, where he specialised in audit, mainstream accounting, business services, and offshore trust and company administration. This period included secondments to London, Birmingham, Wellington, and Budapest. At Entrust, he sits on both the Board and the New Business Committee and has a particular focus on HR and Recruitment. Mark is a problem-solver and takes great satisfaction from finding out the best possible way to help his clients.
Mike is AAT qualified and has been working within the finance industry for over 30 years. He brings with him knowledge and experience of auditing, client accounting and internal finance gained from roles held at independent accountancy practices and international bank owned trust companies. With a focused work ethic and a here to help attitude, he continuously exceeds his clients' and colleagues' expectations.
Neysa joined the Entrust team having already worked in the offshore finance industry for 5 years and holding the STEP Certificate in International Trust Management. She is currently working towards completing the STEP Diploma. Neysa is undoubtedly a team player. She enjoys expanding her knowledge, building quality, long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries and ensuring a high level of service and care.
Rachel moved to Jersey from Guernsey in August 2023, bringing with her 7 years' experience of Trust and Company administration. Having completed the International Diploma in Financial Administration, Rachel is currently working towards completing the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management. Building lasting relationships with clients and delivering consistently high levels of service are a core part of Rachel's day-to-day role.

Robert has over thirty years of experience working in financial services, based both in Jersey and Dubai, after originally qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in Jersey. He originally worked in senior client facing roles providing both tax and fiduciary advice before focussing on risk and compliance with JTC Group and then within an independent consultancy company. Robert brings with him a wealth of experience in risk management and applying compliance requirements within successful commercial operations.
Ross joined the Entrust Team in September 2021, with 4 years' experience in the Jersey finance industry. He graduated from the University of London having obtained his Bachelor of Laws, studying at the Jersey Institute of Law. Ross is an enthusiastic and determined individual, who relishes the private client sector and is set to add to his knowledge and experience by commencing his ICSA Level 5 Diploma qualification in 2022. Ross is a real team player, with a clear focus upon delivering excellent levels of service and putting the needs of Entrust's clients first.
Scott has many years of financial services experience, including a background working for the private client arm of a FTSE 100 business and further developing his career with a globally recognised bank-owned trust business. This gives him valuable experience in overseeing the management of complex UHNW structures and access to a significant network of professional advisors. Scott specialises in the management and administration of trusts, foundations, companies and other wealth structuring vehicles for private and corporate clients. Scott also leads Entrust's digital asset offering. A highly experienced professional, Scott's exceptional client-centric approach and dedication sets him apart.
Over the last 30+ years, working in both the UK and Jersey, Stephen has provided accountancy, audit and taxation solutions to a range of entities across multiple jurisdictions. The underlying client base has included sole traders, SMEs, Corporates, and UHNW individuals, across UK Real Estate structures and a variety of Trust and Company arrangements. Stephen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and a member of STEP through the specialist Diploma for Accountants and Tax Practitioners.
Tom has been working in the offshore financial services industry for ten years, predominantly in the private client sector for a FTSE 100 business and further adding to his experience working for a globally recognised bank-owned trust business. He holds a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management as well as an ICSA Diploma in Offshore Financial Administration, which has enabled him to excel in the management and administration of various complex offshore structures for UHNW private clients. Tom is a great team player and goes the extra mile to ensure that his Clients' needs are always are met. Tom was nominated as one of the eprivateclient Channel Islands Top 35 Under 35 for 2021 and 2022 and, more recently, was voted as one of the eprivateclient Channel Islands NextGen Leaders for 2023.
