Dr Williams specialises in the medical management of conditions of the ears, nose and throat and medico legal assessments. Dr Williams is President of the Australasian College of Ear Nose and Throat Physicians (ACENTP) which he cofounded in 2011. He lectures at ACENTP meetings on medical ENT conditions including tinnitus and tinnitus treatment (WiTT), sudden hearing loss, allergy of the ear, nose and throat, migraine of the ear, nose and throat, balance conditions and vertigo, hearing loss and medico legal assessment of Workers' Compensation and Motor Accidents. Dr Williams is a contributor to the ENT chapters of the WorkCover Guides for the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment and Motor Accidents Authority Permanent Impairment Guidelines.
