Brittany Chase is a licensed professional engineer with experience primarily in transportation engineering analysis, including traffic impact analysis, intersection capacity analysis, traffic signal warrant analysis, and development of mitigation measures to meet local ordinances. Brittany has extensive experience with Synchro, SimTraffic, and Highway Capacity Software. She has also assisted with parking study analysis, MSTA school calculations, and queuing analysis. She enjoys getting to know others and appreciates the relationships she has developed throughout her career with co-workers, clients, other firms, and review agencies. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, running, and cheering her children on from the sidelines.

Cathy Kennedy

Cathy offers transportation experience specializing in greenway and roadway design projects. She has been the project manager or design engineer for over a dozen federally funded projects for various North Carolina clients. Her experience includes roadway widening to incorporate pedestrian and bicyclist, intersection improvements to enhance pedestrian connectivity, bridge replacements, greenway designs in urban and natural areas, and LAPP funded projects for various municipalities. Cathy enjoys projects with an increased focus on pedestrian accessibility or incorporate multi-modal. When not working, Cathy loves to bake and spend time with her two kids and husband.

Cole Dagerhardt, PE is the Founder and Managing Principal of Exult Engineering. Cole is a registered professional Engineer with experience working closely with municipalities, NCDOT, and various other public agencies to manage a diverse variety of projects. He is also a systems integration expert and focuses on traffic systems management and operations including planning, design, procurement, integration, and construction administration for Intelligent Transportation Systems, traffic signal systems, parking systems, and transit systems. Cole believes every good endeavor, even the smallest ones, can have lasting positive impacts for the clients and communities that Exult serves. When Cole isn't working he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, eating tacos, and hiking.

Elizabeth Lynch

Elizabeth has experience in transportation engineering, including roadway design, greenway design, hydraulic design, erosion and sediment control design and permit acquisition. Elizabeth has been the project engineer for a variety of state and municipal roadway projects throughout North Carolina taking projects from conceptual roadway and greenway design to final construction plans, specifications, and estimates. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, traveling (especially to go snow skiing) and playing tennis.

Garrett Boyle

Garrett is a licensed professional engineer with experience in transportation design. This experience includes roadway design of signalized intersections and roundabouts, bridge replacements, freeways and interchanges, greenways, and ADA compliant sidewalk and curb ramps. Garrett enjoys working on projects with local officials from conceptual design to construction to best meet the needs of the community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and friends, going to breweries, biking, and talking about anything in reference to Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, or Harry Potter.

Jason Pace

Jason brings 22 years of experience specializing in roadway design, greenway design, downtown streetscapes, sidewalks, roundabout design, roadway widenings, intersection improvements, and other municipal/state roadway projects. Jason's experience ranges from conceptual planning all the way through project implementation and construction for both traditional and federally funded projects. During his career, Jason has managed numerous projects for North Carolina municipalities and worked on more than 50 TIP projects for NCDOT, including greenway design, environmental permitting, interchange design, freeway design, urban widening, bridge replacements, and NEPA documentation. Jason believes that the best marketing an engineer can do is with the current and past work they perform for clients and the relationships they build along the way.

Joshua Wendt

Josh enjoys working on projects that provide safe and efficient transportation infrastructure that will improve the lives of the public. In his free time, Josh enjoys rooting on his favorite sports teams, playing golf, and spending time with his friends and family.

Katie Wong

Katie brings an event planning and marketing background to engineering which has allowed her to execute several special events in the transportation world such as autonomous vehicle pilots and demonstrations. Her experience includes working with a range of municipalities, state, and other public agencies. Kelly's excitement for transportation engineering is fueled by helping clients solve unique challenges and achieve their goals. In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and is most often found at the lake when weather permits!

Lisa has extensive knowledge working with Synchro, SimTraffic, Highway Capacity Software, SIDRA, TEAAS, TrandCAD and TransModeler. She has also completed parking generation studies, signal warrant analysis, MSTA school calculations, queue analysis, and stop sign evaluations. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, gardening, cooking, and traveling.

Outside of work, Melinda loves spending time with her family, being outside as much as possible, and enjoying a good cup of coffee, preferably with a friend.

Robert enjoys working on new and challenging projects which allow him to strengthen his knowledge to better serve his clients and communities well. What Tyler loves most about being an engineer is the ability better communities by providing innovative solutions to challenging, real-world problems. In his free time, Tyler enjoys staying active, golfing with friends, and cheering on his Wisconsin sports teams.
