• Elder Education & Counseling Department

The elder responsible for education is responsible to for education given in Family Centre. One of the tasks of elders is to take care of sound doctrine. Our doctrine is outlined in the statement of faith which is in the book of the partnership class. Out of this we extract different teachings which are given in Family Centre. Teachings like mentioned in the policy plan: area, leadership, pastoral, prophetic, trainings for child services or themes of the Master Class, etcetera. All fall under the Education department and also the Literature department (Book table). The responsible elder has to take into account that all these materials stay up to date. He/she has to keep in contact and supervise all the teachers in Family Centre. The elder has to take into account that all the teachers use the materials that we recommended for each specific area. In the future this elder has to work on the curriculum for our Bible school, so he/she has make an inventory of all existing materials , seek where they have to be completed and also see how they match into each other, etcetera. So in the future we will have our curriculum well outlined for our Bible school to function well. He/she also has to take into account that all materials are safely stored and are up to date. To summarize, he/she supervises everything that has to do with education and also the teachers. Also he/she can receive questions about certain themes to study and come with these to check if what we are learning in Family Centre is up to date or something has to be adjusted.

• Elder Hospitality Department

Back in those days this team was called ushering. This is the area where we assure ourselves that the person who visits Family Centre feels themselves welcome, but also that the service take place orderly. Hospitality consists of those who greet(they receive people at the door), parking lot ushers(the ones who help people park outside), order workers(the ones who maintain order in the room) and the catchers (the ones who catch people if something happens in front during prayer, they also cover a person's dignity, etcetera). The elder in charge with hospitality is also in charge of security. Security has to take care that the transportation of the offering, bring and take happens in a safe way. Besides this when transport ministers who come to minister they have guide them inside in a safe way.

• Elder Intercession Department

In intercession a few teams are covered, among other: Spiritual Warfare Apostolic Team (SWAT). This is an organized and informed way of interceding or praying. Here is where you do an investigation on an area or on the roots of the problem before you pray. And you also use the word of God again to pray, to battle, to do spiritual warfare and even fight with prophetic words. Intercession also covers all intercessors of the ecclesia and the elders in charge are responsible for general intercession in the ecclesia, so the prayer services, etcetera. This area also covers the Generals, our mothers of the ecclesia, so persons that are seasoned; their task is simply to pray for the leadership of the ecclesia. They pray for the visionaries and the elders. The elder in charge with intercession is also responsible for organizing intercession schools which can help teach people how to pray more effectively.

• Elder Stewardship & Worship Department

This team is in charge of the properties of Family Centre. In this government area you find logistics, maintenance, construction, catering and housekeeping. The elder in charge of this area attends to all the properties of the ecclesia, as for them to be in complete condition for Family Centre to use, and also for them to be exploited to generate income for Family Centre. This team is also in charge of organizing certain big events.

Milushka Gijbertha Elder Education & Counseling Department Saffira Hendrik Elder Administration Department Stewardship starts in our Administration. Administration is responsible for managing the growth; it administrates the amount of people who are added to the house, their talents and also it presents them to the different departments of the house. God trusts us with people and also with their talents to equip the body. Our task is to connect these people together correctly. To do this we must have their information registered. It is important for us to know when it is their birthday, when it is their anniversary, if they are married, and in which team they are placed, etcetera. All of this serves for us to serve each other better and have a look on their growth. We have to manage this information cautiously; their privacy has to be respected. The administration team has a connection with all departments; the elder responsible for the Administration team, together with the elders in charge of other teams visualize the vision and the tasks of their teams. This information is registered at the office. In this way this information will also facilitate our giving and asking for account as a good steward.
