David Brehm

David Brehm has been a member of Firestone, Brehm, Wolf & Whitney LLP since 1992. In 1999, Mr. Brehm became a partner in our firm, and has dedicated himself to offering impeccable service to our clients. An advocate for being part of his community, Mr. Brehm has acted as Solicitor for the Village of Sunbury in Delaware County since 1998. In 1996, Mr. Brehm founded the Acquisition Title Agency, Inc., a real estate title and closing services company, in order to better serve his real estate clients. Mr. Brehm is a general practice attorney with an emphasis on real estate, probate and estate planning including wills and trusts, personal injury, small business, and eminent domain. He also works in the area of municipal law, particularly zoning and land use planning. Mr. Brehm grew up in Sunbury, graduating from Big Walnut High School in 1985. He went on to attend Denison University, where he graduated in 1989. He continued his education in Ohio, studying law at the University of Toledo College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1992. Mr. Brehm enjoys the outdoors, and all that Ohio has to offer. He, his wife Renee, and his children, Alexandria, Dawson, Katheryn and Maria, spend time as a family water skiing and snow skiing. Mr. Brehm also enjoys playing basketball, tennis and golf, as well as waterfowl hunting. He is active member of St. John Neuman Catholic Church. Scott Wolf

Scott Wolf has been a partner at Firestone, Brehm, Wolf & Whitney LLP, since 2005. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Wolf was a partner in Sanchez and Wolf. He has been practicing law in Delaware County since 1997, when he was an associate with Shade and Shade. Mr. Wolf's areas of focus include general practice with an emphasis on criminal defense and litigation, as well as domestic relations. Mr. Wolf also takes on cases dealing with real estate law, business law, and estate planning and administration. He also is well-versed in juvenile and appellate law. Mr. Wolf attended Marion Catholic High School. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in 1994, and his Juris Doctor from Capital University in 1997. An advocate of business leadership, Mr. Wolf is a graduate of the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Delaware Program. Mr. Wolf is a lifelong resident of Delaware County. His is married to Alicia Feehery Wolf, with whom he has two children, Bobby and Meg. In his free time, Mr. Wolf enjoys giving back to his community. Vic Whitney

Vic concentrates his practice in the areas of local government law, public school law, estate planning and probate estate administration, business law, real estate law, and civil litigation, as well as attending to all sorts of other of his clients' needs. Vic has extensive courtroom experience in the courts of Delaware County and throughout Ohio. Vic was born and raised in Delaware County and is a long time and respected member of the community. He is a 1990 Delaware Hayes High School and a 1996 graduate of Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. Vic graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University Law School.
