The Flight Centre Foundation is Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) way of harnessing the collective goodness of our people, industry partners and customers to give back to the communities where we work, live and travel... The Flight Centre Foundation aims to bring our people on our giving journey through our Giving Grants Program and partner support. The collective impact of employee's generosity, matched dollar for dollar by FCTG, allows us to create generous funds to support our chosen projects for a direct impact approach... The FC Foundation provides me an avenue to make a difference in people's lives. Different avenues allow me to make an impact through volunteering, workplace giving or forming part of the Foundation committee.
