Howard Van Natta graduated from Kings College, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. His career began at Van Natta Mechanical Corporation in 1988, a mechanical subcontractor and he would stay at this well respected, 60 year old, company for the next 26 years eventually becoming a partner. In 1994 he joined Builders Association of Northern New Jersey where he ascended to a Life Director and still sits on the Board of Directors. Howard Served as an Executive Officer for the New Jersey Builders Association from 2008 -2012 and sat on the Board of Directors. From 2014 - 2017 he was Executive Vice President of AirTight Division of Lapolla Industries, Inc. a specialist global manufacturing company.
In 2017 he joined Wrights Impact Window & Door, LLC as Executive Vice President. Howard seeks to achieve and maintain the highest level of excellence in his employees, products and services. He believes customer focus and integrity are key elements to the success of any business.

Over 25 years of window sales experience and a top sales producer, I reside in Palm Beach and enjoy spending time with my wife and 4 children.
Second generation window and door installer, I have extensive product knowledge and installation expertise in custom windows and doors. Focused on customer service, I enjoy working with our clients and seeing them happy time and again upon installation completion.

Richard J. Kurtz serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Kamson Corporation, a large property investment firm located throughout the northeast. He is formerly Chairman of the Board of Directors with LaPolla Industries Inc. of Houston, Texas, as well as a former Director of the Inter-Community Bank of Springfield New Jersey.
Residing in Palm Beach, Florida, Richard remains an active and loyal visiting Committee member at The University of Miami, his Alma Mater, as well as serving as a member of the Presidents Club. He has also served on the Board of Directors for The Jewish Community Center of Tenafly, New Jersey and is a 22-year member of The Englewood Hospital and Medical Center Foundation and presently chairs its Facilities Committee.
Richard possesses a tireless desire to identify potentially lucrative business opportunities and to provide collaborative counsel and learned expertise to assist individuals to become authors of their own professional success. To that end, Richard acquired Wright's Impact Window & Door of West Palm Beach in November 2017 and is actively engaged in all facets of this well-established and respected company. The former family owners' have remained within the business to maintain Wright's 44 year old reputation for delivering first class products and services.
This year I joined the Wright's Team bringing a diverse background in both manufacturing and construction with focus on Quality Control and Customer Service. Recently moving to the area from NJ with my family, I will work to ensure Customer Satisfaction on our installations in an effort to help you protect your family and your home with quality hurricane protection products.
Wrights Shutters Co-Owner (2002 -2017) and current Office Manager, I work together with the team to ensure all of our customers experience exceed their service expectations. Devoted mother, dog lover and Nascar Fan I enjoy spending my free time with my family.
