Mr. Akash Patil, the Managing Director of the SB Patil Group, graduated with a degree in B.com in the year 2016. He made it a point to start getting practical experience and business acumen while studying his graduation in B.Com. Given his exposure to the business, he has been quite aware and interested in the ins and outs of the industry since his childhood. That knowledge and experience helped him quickly progress to management positions in the Company and he started taking care of divisions like planning, execution, financial and Legal. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in the development, growth, and success of our Group. He has extensive experience in the operation and management of Big Projects and he is currently responsible for the overall operations of the Group with an emphasis on strategic business planning. He wants the group to expand its reach beyond Real estate and capture industries like Fitness, Sports, and Equity Market. Another deep value that he shares with the Company is to make affordable living accessible to all. Therefore, he has been working day and night to make The Patil Group a brand that provides high-quality living at a reasonable price so everyone's dream of having their own home can come true. He wants to work on this thought and also cover sectors like Education and Health under the group's umbrella and vision of making quality care accessible to all.

Being responsible for all strategic initiatives cognate to Business Development, Magnification Strategy of the residential business, Transactional Strategy, evaluation of deals, and building the residential portfolio, he has contributed to our society in the most consequential manner by investing in the well-rounded development of our youth. He always endeavors to achieve a more preponderant level of transference, efficiency, and efficacy in all the property transactions. He has also been an active member of CREDAI.

He would be joining soon as the executive Marketing director of the Company and will bring his fresh and novice ideas to supplement the growth of the brand as a whole. He is currently pursuing his final year of MBA in Finance and marketing and will be heading the marketing and commercial relationship management departments of the Company. He is having rich experience in the real estate sector and has expertise in Business Management, Finance, Accounts, Audit, and real estate matters. He is a young and dynamic person who will give the team a fresh perspective to lead its growth into new areas. He was part of the whole rebranding process that the Company undertook a while ago. His understanding of the brand and the industry as a whole will be the driving force behind many more marketing strides it's going to make in the future. He is very passionate about the growth of the brand name as a whole and hence he wanted to take active steps to complement the overall- development of the company progressively.
