Glacier Consulting is a boutique consumer insight agency with a specific focus on consumer and shopper behaviour... Glacier Consulting began life as a full-service market research agency in 2001. Several years later we realised that ‘market research' was a poor description of what we were doing. We were not researching ‘markets', we were exploring human behaviour. It was at that stage that we decided to leave the larger agencies deal with the two-dimensional market monitoring, and focus solely on consumer and shopper behaviour... The future of consumerism is an exciting place. That future is emerging now and we are delighted to be there with our clients helping them navigate that new reality.
