Allon has extensive experience in the technology industry as a member of Goldwin Associates' management team, ranging from management, business, and project development to customer relations in the United States and beyond. He believes in providing high-quality products and services that are tailored to his clients' specific needs, in accordance with proven best practices and the highest ethical standards. Helping others is how Robert measures his success. Allon and his team help define strategy and execute needed services as the head of product and marketing strategy for Goldwin Associates, which includes assisting with business plan writing, 144A/Reg S offerings, and much more. Allon is also a well-known and frequently consulted expert on search engine optimization (seo) and data mining forensics (or knowledge discovery) for strategic business development. Allon, a Seattle pioneer in web software development and business plan writing, is first and foremost a lifelong student of mathematics and philosophy. Hannah's middle initial is "E," which stands for Entrepreneur, and it means that the right and left sides of her brain are synchronized in a way that adds more than just incremental value to the investment presentation material that Goldwin.associates creates for clients of all sizes and shapes, regardless of industry.

Jeff Davidoff

Jeff is a well-known expert in business development. Although Jeff was trained as an attorney in international trade and business development in Israel, he also specializes in 144-A offerings, primarily in the debt sector, as well as general private placement writing, real estate transactions, and precious metals (for 144A). Jeff also works in the real estate private placement sector, assisting companies and firms in developing real estate proposals for Israeli investors. Jeff is connected to Israel's "Silicon Valley." Goldwin Associates has benefited from his contacts and networking experience in the global hi-tech and real estate markets, including venture capitalists. He has successfully structured and negotiated mergers and acquisitions, as well as general stock sales, for both growing start-ups and mature businesses. Jonathan Gamzon

Jonathan leads the Asia-Pacific Team. He brings years of experience in private placement, capital acquisition, and business consulting to Goldwin Associates, including work in public offerings and private issues such as Reg S and 144A, stock exchange listing services, real estate, and the EB5 market. His areas of expertise include commercial real estate and high-tech financing, as well as 144A offerings and private placements. Since joining the team in 2006, he has negotiated nearly $2.5 billion in private investment and venture term sheets. His keen insights into the various factors required for entrepreneurs to obtain capital have aided our company's growth in size and credibility. Noham, the CEO of Goldwin.associates, frequently refers to Jonathan as a "master negotiator" and a "analytical genius." Jonathan specializes in corporate finance, with a primary focus on the energy (oil and gas) industry, the health care sector, and the commercial real estate market, in addition to raising capital. Menachem Avraham

Menachem is in charge of the Company's world divisions and oversees the day-to-day operations of Goldwin Associates' partners. Menachem is a pioneer in the field of web and software development investment, but he is also a lifelong student of mathematics and coding. Menachem has experience working with large international corporations in the fields of telecommunications, health care, and banking. He has also worked abroad, supervising the creation of new opportunities and managing applications in a variety of fields, environments, and cultures. Menachem has extensive experience in the development of numerous software systems, as well as team management and project management, laying a solid foundation for him to guide and support businesses with their IT-projects and investments. He is a computer science and engineering bachelor's degree holder.

Noham Aronofsky - Founder, Managing Director

Noham is Goldwin.associates' Founder and Managing Director. Noham has been assisting companies in launching their businesses for over 12 years, including developing their financial and business models, conducting company valuations, assisting with debt or equity offerings, and general business consulting for startup and later stage companies. He has helped over 4,000 businesses with their business plans, providing documents and related services in over 50 countries and spanning a wide range of industries. Noham is the founder of a number of financial and consulting ventures, among others, all of which help startups and later stage companies with their business needs. He has worked with companies on a wide range of product offerings, from underwater hotel developments in the South Pacific Ocean to space debris collection technology beyond the Earth's atmosphere. The Wall Street Journal and The Jerusalem Post have both interviewed him. No aspect of Noham's daily business life does not revolve around assisting entrepreneurs, from business planning to the drafting of company documents to investor resources. He is involved in a number of charitable and community organizations, and he serves on a number of boards of directors for both private and non-profit organizations. Noham is first and foremost a historian and writer. He has written ten books.
