Connor Barton

Connor Barton is an actor, writer, editor, photographer and videographer. At the age of 18 he opened his own business and travelled to over thirteen countries in order to document experiences of other cultures and aspects of life through filmography and photography. Connor obtained his Diploma of Screen and Media through the New York Film Academy Australia and began working on major motion pictures. His ongoing career has led to his involvement as an actor, writer and crew member in a number of projects, including international award-winning short films, a pilot and feature films, including the Untitled Baz Luhrmann Elvis Project and Ron Howards, 13 lives.

Garry Hansen

Garry has an extensive career involving all aspects of marketing for a diverse range of industries, including mining, tourism, hospitality, retail, media, entertainment and events. He has worked in radio, television and press, and understands the dynamics of mass media. His thirst for knowledge on all forms of media has led to an immersion into the techniques and reach of the social media mechanisms that are impacting on today's market.

John Walton

In 1989 the film industry found John and he began a successful stunt career working along side such actors as Keanu Reeves, Hugh Jackman, Leonardo DiCaprio, Scarlett Johansson, Nicole Kidman, Michael Caine, Charlize Theron and Tom Hardy to name a few. John quickly established himself as one of Australia's best all round stunt performers. John began to coordinate action sequences and in 2000, became a recognised Stunt coordinator & action director. John would go on and be responsible for directing action for actors such as Chris, Liam, and Luke Hemsworth, Colin Firth, Daniel Radcliffe, Tom Hanks, Russell Crowe and Toni Collett and many more. John quickly became recognised and began working extensively both nationally and internationally.

Leo Stripp

I guess you can say the movie industry is in Leo's blood. He was eight years old when he followed in his father's footsteps and started training to be a professional stuntman. For most of the next two decades he's worked across the world on projects like Survivor, Wolverine and the DiCaprio blockbuster "The Great Gatsby" while also participating in every conceivable type of format from feature films to television and commercials to game shows. Experience in participating in the most dangerous elements of film production has provided him with an insider's perspective on safety that only someone who has lived and breathed the industry for the majority of his life could have.

Marjorie Whitworth

Marjorie Whitworth has an extensive career with project management, International Operations, Export and Import Administration. Marjorie's background has proven expertise with business skills, management, budgeting and analysis and is renowned at getting the best out of people with planning projects and working with multi project teams. Marjorie is also a director of Cascadeur Enterprises Pty Ltd and managing partner in MAW Freedom.

Martin Morris - Chairman

Martin's business achievements inter alia includes ASX listings and business turnover growth from inception to $180 million within three years. Martin is a specialist in brokerage business structures accumulated from over thirty years of experience across a broad spectrum of markets. As Martin turns his attention to the film and television industries, he applies his skills and network to production financial modelling and equity.

Paul Davis - Chief Legal Officer

Paul Davis, principal of the Brisbane-based legal firm Davis Lawyers, brings 30 years of experience practicing in the specialised areas of property law, banking and finance, mining and acquisitions and mergers. Possessing a wealth of knowledge in these areas, Mr Davis is well-respected having acted for a large number of commercial clients ranging from the boutique to mainstream. Through his detailed understanding of these specialised practice areas, Mr Davis has developed unique industry understanding for complex commercial contracts with JV, property and Family Office and private Investment Structures.

Sean Beasley

Sean has been practicing as a certified taxation accountant on the Gold Coast, Australia since 2004. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business, is a registered Tax Agent, Justice of the Peace (Qual), and holds a Public Practice licence from CPA Australia. He is also a member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Sean has also held Corporate CFO positions including residences overseas in International public companies where he was responsible for preparing the group's financial accounts and liaising with the external auditors and completing company secretary duties for the Board.

Steve Morris

Steve Morris has worked in the film and television industry since 1991 both as an actor and stunt performer. Steve is a well known and respected figure in the Australian Stunt community and has now branched out in other areas in filmmaking including writing, directing, editing and movie production. Morrstunts facilitates HR, and personal professional input to Watch Your Back Films and projects with Cascadeur Enterprises. Steve has around 100 film and television credits. They include, The Matrix, Matrix Reloaded, Jacki Chan's First Strike, Wolverine, Star Wars, Hacksaw Ridge and Mission Impossible 2, just to mention a few.
