After his degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Bologna, he started his professional career in 1974 entering in Belleli SpA and covering, over the years, various positions (from Engineering Manager to Director of Marketing & Sales and Sales Consultant): among his tasks, to introduce innovative technologies in the design, development of new materials, production technologies and new products. As Marketing Director to favour the diversification and expansion of markets with new customers (Middle East, Russia, Brasil, China).
He has great experience in the Oil & Gas sector, both in the engineering and in the commercial field, and has a deep knowledge of processes and products, technologies and worldwide markets.

Fabio Robbiati is Co-Founder and Executive VP Business Development of Hedra Holding Srl.
After his degree in "Business Administration" at Cattolica University of Milan, he has attended the Master in Business Proposition at Columbia University of New York.
In 1984 he was the contest winner and joined Metano Città Spa - ENI Group where he dealt and developed higher skills and responsibilities in the area of administration, finance and management control.
In 1993-1995 he was appointed Manager of Continuous Improvement in Italgas - ENI Group, then he became Project Manager with a mandate to create processes and procedures for a new Call Centre.
In 1996 he was Program Manager (Turin headquarter), coordinating all the working groups after the merger of the company Tirrenia Gas in Italgas.
In 1999 he was appointed Total Quality, Safety and Environment Manager at Italcogim/Gas de France (now Engie), creating processes and procedures, coordinating a group of 20 people and bringing to certification 12 companies of the group.
In 2000 he became Project Manager for BPR Business Process Reengineering.
In 2002 he was Quality, Safety and Environment Director in KONE Elevators.
Since 2003 he was Founder and Chairman of Qualiconsul Srl.
Since 2005, with Gisella Conca, he animated meetings between entrepreneurs of the Benchmarking group in Assolombarda.
In 2006 he founded, with Gisella Conca, the company Hyndra Atp
Starting from 2009 he created a worldwide network of contacts and relationships.
Since 2016 he was Founding Partner of Hedra Holding Srl and opened the international markets through a dialogue with political and economic leaders of foreign countries.

Gisella Conca is Co-Founder and Executive VP M&A and Communication of Hedra Holding Srl.
After her degree cum laude in "Business Administration" at Bocconi University of Milan, in 1994 she attended the ITP-International Teacher Programme at HEC School of Management of Paris and, then, was Visiting Professor at Hitotsubashi University of Tokyo and official Researcher in Sony Italia Spa.</p<
In 1985 she worked in the Financial area of SDA Bocconi and, for more than 10 years, she was professor of Strategy and Business policy at Bocconi University and Scientific Manager of SDA Bocconi researches on Lombardy SME's.
From 1997 to 2005 she was Professor of Quality Management at Carlo Cattaneo University - LIUC and researcher in the E-Learning seminars on Client Satisfaction and Processes Management.
In 2004 she created, for the Consorzio Qualità, the project «Benchmarking, group meeting between entrepreneurs" and, with Fabio Robbiati, for 11 years she animated the meetings in Assolombarda.
In 2005 she was C.E.O. of Qualiconsul Srl.
Since 2006, she was Founding Member and Senior Partner of Hyndra Atp and, since 2016, Chairman of Hyndra Srls.
She is specialized in Management Consulting and Coaching for entrepreneurs and managers, strategic analysis of competitive positioning and strategic marketing, supporting internationalization processes, business relations, customer satisfaction analysis, strategic business communication in companies of the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors.
She wrote several scientific papers, in Italy and abroad, on Strategy and Total Quality Management; also, she wrote eight books of management and published some articles and books for Il Sole 24 Ore and the American Goal QPC.
Since 2013 she supported the brokerage activity for SIBUR (Trade) and Mercuria (Geneva headquarter).
