In 2018 three brothers came together with an idea that would forever change their lives. Coming from a history of home grown chef's they set out to create their own version of the famous Nashville Hot Chicken recipe. Over the course of six months and endless dedication they were well on their way to perfect what is now known as one of the best hot chicken spots in Los Angeles. Frying up back yard hot chicken for friends and family eventually lead the boys to bite the bullet and start serving to the public. They adopted the pop up method which was the quickest way for them to get their foot into the food industry. Carefully scoping out locations for their pop up, they found Fashion Square Car Wash in Sherman Oaks best fit to test their luck. The beginning weeks at the car wash aroused uncertainty, they were new to the area, concept, and the business. Long nights accompanied with early mornings took a toll on the boys but they had one goal in mind and that was to show everyone around..
