I have been catering for over 23 years, working in many different types of the catering industries and have a passion for food and cooking for people... I started my cooking interest working in hotels and then for many years with a large pub chain. I have worked for the MOD as a civil chef for 1400 soldiers and was a part owner of a family restaurant in Spain.
