Dr Detlef Reis (aka "Dr D") is an Assistant Professor at Bangkok University, where he serves as an advisor, lecturer, researcher, and keynote speaker at the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia - Thailand Office (www.iki-sea.org). He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Hong Kong Baptist University (appointment in 2014), where he has taught as a visiting lecturer since April 2007. From 2004 to September 2015, he worked as a University Lecturer for Business Creativity and Creative Leadership at the College of Management, Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand. Dr Reis is the Founder and Chief Ideator of Thinkergy Limited (www.thinkergy.com), the Innovation Company in Asia. Incorporated in Hong Kong and with offices in Hong Kong and Bangkok, Thinkergy is on a mission to create and empower innovators in Asia and beyond with the help of highly effective innovation methods that are delivered to clients in the form of innovation trainings, projects and licensing solutions. Dr Reis is also the creator and inventor of Thinkergy's four proprietary innovation methods: X-IDEA, an award-winning innovation process method and related thinking toolbox; Genius Journey, a creative leadership development method; TIPS, an innovation people profiling method; and CooL - Creativity UnLimited, an Dr Reis is a regular blogger and columnist in the business section of the Bangkok Post (bi-weekly column "Creativity Un-Ltd."). Dr. Lugkana Worasinchai, Assistant to the President for Academic Affairs, at Bangkok University and Co-Managing Director, IKI-SEA. Dr. Lugkana received her Bachelor Degree in Applied Statistics from KMITL, Thailand, her Master Degree in Business Administration from University of Central Florida, and her Doctoral Degree in Business from University of Sarasota, USA. She has invited to be a guest speaker with many corporations in Thailand and USA. She worked with H&R Block Co., Marriott Company, and New York Insurance Company during her years in the USA. Her research interests are in the area of Knowledge Management, Business Competitive Advantages, and Business Management.

Dr. Paul Hector

Over the past 18 years, Paul has been active in the international development and intergovernmental arena where he has contributed to strategies and action plans that promote access to information and knowledge that improve peoples' lives. In these roles he has participated as a speaker, panelist and expert group member, provided technical advice and supported the design and implementation of projects and research initiatives in Africa, Asia-Pacific, the Caribbean and most recently the Middle East. Paul is an alumnus of the J. William Fulbright Fellowship Program and the US State Department's International Visitor Leadership Programme. Since 2012, Paul has been involved in the United Nations University's annual international conference on the Theory and Practice of Electronic Governance (ICEGOV) as a Track Chair and a member of its international steering committee. He has lectured in the graduate International Business Programme at Telecom École de Management, a French Grande Ecole, served as a reviewer for academic journals and is a member of the New Club of Paris. He holds doctorates in Management Science and Knowledge & Innovation Management from the University of Paris-Saclay (France) and Bangkok University (Thailand), respectively. His research interests lie in the areas of knowledge-based development, urbanization, innovation and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Vincent Ribière is an enthusiastic and creative International consultant and professor with a passion for helping organizations solving their organizational knowledge and innovation management challenges. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the Institute for Knowledge and Innovation Southeast Asia (IKI-SEA), a center of Excellence at Bangkok University as well as the Program Director of the Ph.D. in KM and Innovation Management. He has also co-founded various Internationals events in the fields of Business Creativity and Innovation (Creative Bangkok, ASCIM, CreativeMornings Bangkok, G-LINK) and he co-founded various communities of KM and Innovation academics and practitioners nationally (iKlub, Thai KM Network) and Internationally (KM Global Network). He is also the host of the Thailand MIKE Award. Vincent has a strong entrepreneurial spirit and he enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences. He delivers keynote speeches and workshops at various International Professional and Academic conferences and he is the Author of more than 80 publications. He is an Editorial Advisory Board Member of the Journal of Knowledge Management and an International Editorial Review Board Member of the International Journal of Knowledge Management.
