Agnė is an avid gamer and definitely carries our Idea Link's Valorant team. She finds comfort in the digital world, where everything has a stable set of rules and logic. Agnė excels in all digital creations, whether it's setting up an app's backend in Bubble, designing 3D models or building a house in Minecraft. We trust her to take creative decisions when building apps, because it's what she does best.
Almantas is our beatboxing, guitar playing, ex-singer back-end developer. He is the sort of guy who can both play in a Christian Rap band and have a replica of Mjölnir in his cupboard. When you think about it, he is a very typical Lithuanian, as we have always been somewhere in the middle between Paganism and Christianity. At work, he is also often in the middle, as he spends most of his time in the back-end, but advises us on UI/UX decisions as well.
Auksė's journey into IT began with a supportive teacher in 12th grade who introduced her to computer science. Despite her initial uncertainty due to her strong passion for finance and fintech, she followed her teacher's advice and pursued Applied Mathematics, where she discovered her passion. In her third year, Auksė stumbled upon a QA job ad and fell in love with it. Beyond work, she enjoys screen-free evenings with walks and social activities. As a QA Specialist at Idea Link, she constantly tackles intellectual challenges by examining systems for issues. Auksė's precision and dedication ensure the quality of our digital products.
A man of few words but many works, Aurimas is an IT engineer who's busy building out the front-end of our projects. Even though he doesn't talk much, you can tell he's passionate about what he does by the way he moves his hands when discussing something technical. Building is a bit of a theme with Aurimas, as he's also built our QA system and is currently literally building his own house!
Eglė is our full-stack developer and nature lover. When she's not busy coding away, you can find her exploring the great outdoors with her camera in hand. An avid runner, she also loves hiking and has even completed a half-marathon! We're glad to have her on our team as she brings a fresh perspective (literally) to our work.
Ieva is a product designer who studied her field in Scotland. Ieva lives and breathes design - her works are set firmly in the digital sphere, but they all have a connection to reality: she used to create furniture and consumer products, as well as making copper jewellery and watercolour illustrations to this day. Ieva has an almost telepathic knack for understanding what the customer needs and turning it into the right product, which is why we are ecstatic to have her on board!
Indrė cares for everyone on the team. She's got a knack for multitasking, which means she is in control no matter how hard things get. Indrė constantly makes sure everything is running smoothly, whether it's in the office or with our remote staff. Outside of work, she loves dancing, which she even considered turning into a career. With her abilities - who knows, maybe one day we will see the world's first Dancer/HR?
If she was a computer command, Laura would be CTRL+A. Our frontend developer does not really say no to anything: in her life, she was a wakeboarding coach, graduated with a degree in geodesy, went to music school and specialised in playing piano. In our company, this makes her one of the most flexible employees we have. No dev task is too scary for Laura, no concept too complex.
Lukas brings creativity and innovation to the table. He loves exploring new skills and is a quick learner, whether it's diving into the latest programming language or trying his hand at cooking! Yes, you read that right - cooking is his current favorite hobby. He finds joy in mastering the art of crafting delicious dishes, just like he crafts impeccable code. He truly embraces the balance between work and play, always seeking new challenges and personal growth.
Martynas is our most talkative person. He is also a developer, which is an unusual combination. After an 11-year stint in swimming, he decided that it didn't have enough danger and space for creativity (also, you cannot talk underwater). As a result, Martynas became a No Code developer and started studying for a Master's degree in cybersecurity. After all, he is Martynas from the Idea Link clan and his ancestors used the orb of No Code to save the world. Did he ever truly have a choice?
Miglė comes from a background with a lot of structure. Her father was a military officer, which is why she wanted to work in the Lithuanian Defence Ministry herself. During her studies, she always had project management at her side and ended up working in the IT public sector. For us, this is what she brings to the table: a strong hand that makes sure our projects are on track.
Roberta is a rare Pokemon - half artist, half full-stack developer. She has engaged in many forms of art throughout her life: sang in multiple choirs and solo, wrote a book, experimented with various instruments and is writing poetry to this day. However, she found it all a little too easy, which is why she decided to fill the void with software development, as logical problems are Roberta's favourite brain food now.
A true businessman at heart, Rokas is always on the lookout for the next big thing, whether it means taking part in hackathons or just keeping a finger on the pulse of the tech industry. However, he engages in the technical side, too, having built many things with code, without and advised enterprises on their processes. Now his passion lies in helping people build the best products with No Code. Having lived in the USA, UK and Singapore, Rokas is the Mr. Worldwide of the group.

During his youth, Tadas immersed himself in the world of computer games, little did he know that it would pave the way for his future in shaping the IT landscape! But there was a twist in the story - after completing gymnasium, he found himself genuinely fascinated by psychology. Nowadays, you'll find Tadas with a classic book in hand and maintaining an active and healthy lifestyle. And when the time is right, he'll delve back into the digital realm, occasionally engaging in video games. With his passion for IT and his knack for problem-solving, Tadas is always ready to take on any technological endeavor and deliver exceptional results.
Tautvydas is our Product Manager. He is also our resident maker. In fact, he has been creating items for himself since his childhood, when he would build all the toys he couldn't buy using LEGO. The passion for making is still there for him. Nowadays, he oversees the creation of digital products for us and uses the process of making coffee to relax. If you need anything made - Tautvydas is your man.
Vigailė likes her comfort zone. When she knows that she has a safe space, she is very good at going into the flow state. She can be 100% invested in watching a TV series she likes, building a puzzle or setting up a workflow in Bubble. After the work is done though, she makes other people feel safe too, which is why Vigailė is such a delightful person to talk to when you are feeling down.
