Bobby and his wife were both raised in Plainfield and have called Franklin Township home for the last 20 years, where they raised their three kids. He is a US Army Veteran and attended Fayetteville Tech, where he earned his National Registry EMT Paramedic Certification, as well as IUPUI, where he majored in Health Information Administration.
Prior to real estate, Bobby owned Lawn Doctor of S/W Indy and was an Operations Manager for Document Technologies Inc, where he managed litigation support teams in major law firms throughout the mid-west, Colorado, and Utah. Bobby's primary focus throughout his career has been teaching and providing an outstanding customer service and is what his real estate clients can expect. He is committed to safeguarding their best interest first and foremost throughout their entire real estate transaction.
Conner Bryant was born in the small town of Trafalgar, Indiana, He attended Indian Creek school systems up until freshman year of high school, when he transferred to Center Grove to complete his high school education. Conner is very well diversed in the Johnson county area, due to his constant participation in the community. Conner is very dedicated to God, family, and his career. Every action he takes reflects these values and in this order. When he's not dedicating his time to those values, he enjoys weight lifting, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his loved ones.
Having grown up in the industry, Cory always knew her career would have something to do with real estate. Cory watched her mom have a successful career as a real estate tax assessor, for both the White River Township and the Johnson County's Assessor Offices. When Cory was graduating from Whiteland High School, she had a conversation with her mom about getting her real estate salesperson license or becoming an appraiser. Naturally, being the 'rebellious' baby adult she was, Cory chose to go to college for Secondary Education with a focus on social sciences like Psychology, Sociology, Gov and Econ. Ultimately, she realized that her heart wasn't in it, and decided to leave college. She knew she still wanted to help others and educate folks, but wasn't sure how she could do it without becoming a teacher.
In 2017, after the birth of her daughter Camila, Cory was given the opportunity to work for a real estate tech start-up and of course she had to jump on it. She knew after just a few weeks of finally working in the industry that she had finally found a career path that was perfect for her and her family. She quickly rose through every position possible, from Customer Service to being a Client Advisor, and later worked in Accounts Receivable and helped build out an entirely new team.

Catherine (Kitty) Cothron has an extensive background in project management and information technology. She has over 6 years of experience in the real estate business, specifically in the REO and HUD property sales and procedures. As the Office Manager of the Scott Smith Realty Group, she is responsible for the operations of the REO team, marketing and outreach. Her advanced organizational skills in planning and attention to detail assist the team in performing to the best of their abilities.
Highly professional, she is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and committed to making a difference. She and her husband, Jerry, live on the Southside of Indianapolis and have raised 2 children. She is an active member of St Jude Catholic Church, enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, and weekends at her cabin in Brown County.

Paula is the owner of a home in Franklin Township and has been for almost 20 years. She's lived in Indiana her whole life and loves to volunteer in local charities.
She spent 12 years working for attorneys in the real estate business being a title examiner. That's where she realized she had a passion for real estate. A few years ago, she decided change gears a little and got her real estate license. After interviewing a few brokerages, she decided to join the Keller Williams family and then gladly accepted a position with the Scott Smith Team. She truly enjoys bringing smiles to her clients with accepted offers and hasn't looked back since.
Paula is a proud mom of 2 and nana of 2 grandbabies, with 1 more on the way. Even though some of her family lives so far away she FaceTimes them almost every day to stay close. Her relaxation time is spent camping and playing board games with friends and family.
Staci Garcia was born in Kennesaw, Georgia, and moved to the Indianapolis area when she was in elementary school. She went to a small private school in Greenwood, and later went on to graduate from Drexel University with a degree in Medical Coding and Billing and Medical Records. Staci has an extensive background in Customer Service, and she prides herself in serving others and her community.
Staci is a mom of two, Presleigh and Phoenyx. She dedicates herself to her family and her career, but when she is not working, she enjoys baking and relaxing at home with her family.
