INSPIRATION GROUP

The Inspiration Group is a privately owned real estate investment company which has its head office in Berlin. The company serves as a portfolio manager and developer and has been investing in German residential and commercial properties since 2009. In addition to the Berlin property market, which was its original geographical focus, it now also engages in business in other locations throughout Germany. To date, it has realised a transaction volume of approximately 500 million euros. In close cooperation with its partners and co-investors, the Inspiration Group examines and identifies investment opportunities promptly and without any bureaucracy. A team of 50 in-house employees handles acquisitions, project development and asset management activities. The Inspiration Group's Germany-wide real estate portfolio currently has a volume of approximately 200 million euros and comprises some 70,000 square metres of rental space, of which in Berlin, around 70 per cent is residential..
