Andrew Whittle has more than 35 years extensive industry experience, a skilled construction and design professional. Coming from a carpentry background originally designing houses from a purely practical point of view and in order to broaden his scope in design, gained a degree in Architecture from Curtin University. Andrew also spent 7 years with the state government Building commission WA, inspecting, auditing, writing reports and representing the Building Commission at the State Administrative Tribunal with reference to unsatisfactory, non-compliant building work. Andrew is classified as an expert regarding building work and how it applies to building regulations, codes and Standards, including but not limited to: The National Construction Code and associated Australian Standards. He has consulted to the legal fraternity, Industry and Commerce and regularly attends Court jurisdictions as an expert witness. Qualifications Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science), "Curtin University" Diploma of Applied Science (Building Construction) Builders Registration reg. 11338.
