Jacqueline White

Jacqueline began working with children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in 1986 and continued a progressive career in statutory social care services until 2007. Since then she has been working in Higher Education/Academia, developing and managing several projects in a university that has helped to affirm the links between education and employment as well as improve the quality of graduates for the workforce. In addition, her academic role includes student tutorial and supervising of BSc and MSc students through their Dissertations and Literature Reviews, teaching and lecturing, organising and facilitating conferences, leading and managing staff team and a student Social Work team. Building upon her personal and professional interests and experience of the multiple ways in which people learn, Jacqueline decided to realise her ambition to develop a company that is multi-dimensional in improving the capacity for people to enhance and achieve their personal and professional needs and ambitions. She is presently a Board member of a charity that supports young people from minority backgrounds who are at risk of marginalisation and lack the confidence to access higher education and up until 2016 was an active Trustee of a charity that supports women experiencing or at risk of abuse. Jacqueline is also an External Examiner at Robert Gordon University and has achieved Fellow status with the UK Higher Education Academy who commented favourably on the quality and success of her teaching and support methods.
