Julia has been working in HR for over 12 years, primarily in professional services. She brings experience in the areas of talent management, specifically in recruiting, performance management, organizational design, DEI, succession planning, learning and development, and employee relations. Julia began her career in top law firms developing plans for recruiting, learning and development, and employee engagement. While at the British Embassy, she led a recruiting team across North America. She also worked closely with London and the global team to create a "best in class" global recruitment process. Most recently, Julia's work at a global PR firm gave her deep knowledge of employee relations and performance management. Julia has a bachelor's degree from Furman University and has both her PHR and SHRM certifications.
