Glenn Wiener

Glenn Wiener serves as a partner at JMRConnect, and president of GW Communications guiding public and private companies through their most sophisticated transactions while creating shareholder value through effective communications strategies and both investor and media engagements. Having spent his entire career in the public and investor relations fields, Mr. Wiener has serviced hundreds of companies both public and private, managing mergers and acquisitions and other transactions, bankruptcies, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, corporate governance, financial relations and both, employee and crisis communications programs. He has extensive experience in cross-border communications and a track record of integrating various marketing disciplines focused on increasing and measuring brand reputation. Mr. Wiener has developed integrated programs for companies entering public markets, utilizing marketing, advertising, media relations and corporate finance to maximize shareholder value. Prior to JMR Mr. Wiener was senior vice president and national practice leader of PR21's investor relations and financial communications division. He also served on the Company's senior leadership committee and had a lead role in shaping new business efforts across the technology, new media, investor relations and consumer practice areas. Before PR21, Mr. Wiener was senior vice president at Edelman Worldwide, the world's largest independent public relations agency, where he focused on investor and financial media relations for technology, telecommunications, consumer electronics and Internet companies. Mr. Wiener previously held various positions with Hill & Knowlton, Inc., a worldwide public relations and public affairs agency and Makovsky & Company, a mid-sized public and investor relations firm specializing in the technology, health care and financial services industries. Some of Mr. Wiener's most notable client engagements include Audiovox, Aurora Foods, Bell Canada Enterprises, Convergys, Global Crossing, Openwave Systems, Oracle Corporation, Pitney Bowes, Pier One Imports, Point Blank Solutions, Titan Corporation, The Energy Group, Time Warner Telecom, VimpelCom and Westvaco, among others. Mr. Wiener holds a B.A. in Political Science and is a graduate of Boston University. He has served as a guest lecturer at Georgetown University and currently resides in New York City.

Jennifer Zullo

A graduate of The University of Colorado, Boulder, Jennifer has worked in the design field for more than 20 years. She has created corporate collateral for a variety of clients, from energy, restaurant and technology, to service, non-profit and education. Jennifer believes that thoughtful design and branding are the foundation of effective business communication and principles. She starts the creative process with first defining the goal of each project, and then collaborating with the client along the way to achieve strategic, results-oriented collateral. Jennifer is a member of AIGA (American Institute of Graphic Arts) and the principal of Zullo Design in Denver, Colorado.

Lance Miller

Mostafa Razzak

Mostafa Razzak is a tenured professional who has been involved in communications, public affairs and political consulting for nearly twenty years, servicing organizations in the technology, financial services and energy sectors. He is recognized for successful public relations and marketing campaigns that combine strategic programming with precision tactical execution. As JMRConnect Principal, Mostafa develops and implements the company's vision, directs operations, and oversees all client accounts and ongoing activities. Prior to JMRConnect, Mostafa served as a founding partner for JMR Worldwide, where he was instrumental in both launching and building the agency's footprint in the technology, telecom and financial services markets. His expansive professional network, proven expertise and track record cemented the firm as a go-to resource for organizations in search of brand stability in an unstable economy. Under his watch, companies including dash Carrier Services, RNK Communications and Zeacom each enjoyed heightened visibility, and were each subsequently acquired for their presence and marketshare. Previously, Mostafa also led a team within Edelman's New York Corporate and Public Affairs group. His primary accounts included IDA Singapore, EDS (Electronic Data Systems), Fujifilm U.S.A., Factiva, Gemplus, Ovid, and the International VoIP (Voice-Over IP) Council. As team leader, his role was to counsel clients, direct targeted media relations activities and influencer outreach, create crisis management plans, and to coordinate internal business units globally. Before joining Edelman, Mostafa served as the Director of Political Operations with Morgan, Meredith & Associates (MMA), a nationally recognized political consulting firm. While at MMA, Mostafa was featured in the National Journal as an industry Rising Star. He directed the successful re-election efforts of Members of the House of Representatives, providing expertise in media strategy, direct mail marketing, grassroots coordination, campaign finance, event coordination, and online campaigning. Additionally, Mostafa worked directly with several business constituencies, industry trade associations and other NGOs. Mostafa started his career as a Development assistant with GBMC Healthcare, Inc., a renowned health care provider in Baltimore, MD. His primary responsibilities were to help position GBMC as a leader in national health care trends, pitch story ideas to local media, and draft feature articles for Resources, the GBMC Foundation magazine.

Rob Hartwell

Rob Hartwell specializes in traditional Congressional and Administration lobbying, domestic and international business development, corporate financing, fundraising, public relations, grass roots advocacy, and all aspects of business and government relations consulting. He brings more than 25 years of hands on Congressional, political and legislative experience, serving on Capitol Hill in 1978 and from 1983 through 1993, and for the last 14 years in key lobbying and political leadership positions. Rob previously served as Vice President of Federal Government Affairs for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) in Alexandria, Virginia, where he specialized in retail and pharmaceutical issues. At NACDS, Hartwell spearheaded legislation reforming DEA enforcement laws, involved NACDS at the national political level, and increased the NACDS PAC by almost 120%. Also, Rob worked as a Senior Lobbyist for the American Health Care Association (AHCA), the largest organization representing long-term care providers in the U.S. at the time, having over 11,000 Members in 50 States. At AHCA, Rob successfully enacted their top Medicare reimbursement priorities, a PPS System that leveled the playing field with America's Hospitals. Prior to working for AHCA, Rob was the Chief of Staff to Congressman Dick Schulze, (R-PA)a senior Member of the House Committee on Ways and Means. He was also a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Mike Oxley (R-OH), Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, and he worked briefly for three other Members of Congress spanning a 12-year Capitol Hill Career.

Thomas Graham is a partner at JMR Worldwide and CEO of Crosswind Communications, a strategic communications firm which guides clients through the complex media, regulatory and stakeholder environment facing today's business leaders. Thomas is the former head of U.S. communications for a top 10 global financial institution and for more than 20 years has helped business leaders energize their brands and achieve their business objectives through effective media and corporate communications strategies. He is an accomplished brand architect, crisis-tested media spokesperson and an expert in shaping public opinion and managing complex communications programs. As the Executive Vice President of Communication & Image at BBVA USA, Thomas developed the brand strategy for BBVA Group's U.S. acquired financial institutions while protecting the overarching brand reputation from the issues associated with acquisition, integration and financial industry crises. While serving on the management committee, he held primary oversight of branding, investor relations, corporate communications, employee communications and executive programs. Prior to BBVA, Thomas served as a General Manager with Weber Shandwick, the world's largest public relations agency, where he directed the firm's Austin office. During his 20 years of public relations consultancy with Weber Shandwick, Edelman and his own regional agency, Thomas gained extensive experience in political and regulatory issues, corporate communications, brand strategy, investor relations, crisis and reputation management and media relations. His clients have included leaders in their fields and among the world's most admired companies, including Fluor, Wal-Mart, the Project Management Institute, Atmos Energy, NRG Energy, the Texas House Republican Caucus, Vought Aircraft and The Methodist Hospital. He is a former business reporter covering local, regional and national trends in business, financial, agricultural, oil and gas and industrial sectors as well as a former communications director for a Texas State Senator. He is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute, the Public Relations Society of America, active in communications organizations, and a frequent lecturer on communications issues before students, non-profit, governmental and business associations. He is married to Tanya Fielder and they have three children, Bailee, 18; JT, 16, and William, 13.
