I am an experienced clinician, having practised in the NHS for over thirty years as a Clinical Ps ychologist and also, more recently, as Head of Lancaster Psychology Services. Since I left the NHS in 2007, I have been in private practice in Lancaster... I see people presenting with a range of psychological difficulties and problems. Therapy is a process working towards change and empowerment and can be short term or long-term. I see individuals, couples, families and groups... I offer adults (aged over 16 years) a number of psychological approaches including EMDR Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT),
