She specializes in generational transition planning, helping owners and key family members and/or employees navigate the tough business decisions, emotionally charged family discussions, and entity transitions.
With a joint JD/LLM degree in tax law and nearly 15 years of experience, Abbie applies her expert knowledge of tax regulations to help owners minimize risks, maximize assets, increase equity, and decrease the tax burden of their business, legacy, and transitions. She is a leader for the firm in the review, interpretation, and application of new policies and regulations, and she is proactive in deciphering impacts to clients and finding creative ways to implement tax minimization strategies.

Alex Breitinger is the firm's Director of Business Analytics. He has more than 10 years of experience serving agricultural producers and end users.
Alex's data-forward approach delivers meaningful analysis to clients looking to more deeply understand their complex operations. His expertise is helping agribusinesses manage agricultural commodity price risk, but he also has specialized knowledge of hedging other financial risks like metals, energy products, stock portfolios, and foreign currencies.
Alex provides unique business solutions to overcome operational challenges. He is adept at streamlining data evaluation and automating processes, giving clients the time and confidence they need to focus on their day-to-day business.
Amanda Huffman is a manager of tax services within the Equipment Dealers team. She has over than seven years of experience serving equipment dealers, and is adept at alleviating the business challenges they face.
As a certified public accountant (CPA), Amanda provides unique business solutions to overcome operational challenges. She is adept at developing strategy that saves tax dollars for clients so that they can grow their business financially.
Angie Miskell brings more than three decades of experience in accounting and tax preparation to her clients at KCoe Isom. She specializes in individual tax returns, with a particular passion for managing details so her clients feel confident and at ease. She also brings her unique blend of personal care and technical skill to managing the financial elements that keep companies operating smoothly day to day: payroll and financial statement preparation.
Angie has always loved numbers. Her favorite classes in school were Math and Algebra. After participating in an accounting co-op program in high school, Angie's first job was working for a CPA. She remained in accounting ever since and can't ever see herself enjoying any other work as much.
Angie hails from Jackson, MO and still resides there today. She considers her co-workers her second family.

He is a key talent advisor, facilitating and managing HR employee development programs. His keen insight provides HR departments with effective solutions to manage employee relations, performance plans, and leadership programs.
Bart, a certified retirement life coach, has an extensive background in life and retirement coaching, coupled with an innate ability to lead employees to maximize their skills and talents. This experience helps companies alleviate turnover and increase employee fulfillment.

Elizabeth (Beth) Swanson, J.D., is a manager for the national tax solutions team. Beth is instrumental in helping businesses navigate tax code legislation and find creative and effective ways to minimize tax burden.
She is adept at working closely with families and businesses to plan for and attain long-term objectives. Beth develops strategies to help families plan for ownership transitions and navigate through the estate planning process, as well as minimize complex taxation burdens.
Beth also works with businesses to tackle labor issues by designing employee compensation strategies via unique incentives that result in attracting and retaining talent.
She holds a Juris Doctorate degree and applies her highly technical expertise and detail-oriented aptitude to carefully sorting through regulations and tax law.
