Sarah joined our team in 2021, and her passion and dedication make her an invaluable part of KDG. Although a Texas native, Sarah now lives and works in Colorado Springs. Sarah has an incredible eye for design and always goes above and beyond to find creative solutions. In seventh grade, her teacher challenged the class to lay out a floor plan on graph paper. All her classmates drew one story homes, but Sarah taped several sheets together and designed a two-story shopping mall! She has been dedicated to building design ever since.
Sarah is a Certified Professional Building Designer, member of the American Institute of Building Design and member of the Texas Institute of Building Design. Her love of home design also carries into her life outside of the office. If they aren't camping or enjoying an outdoorsy weekend, Sarah loves to spend a Saturday morning driving around and looking at houses with her husband and beautiful children!
Cindy is the detail rockstar on our team! With over 30 years of architectural experience, Cindy transforms your visions of comfort and style into a reality. It's the little details that turn a house into a home, and she loves being part of the team that makes it all happen. With a seemingly infinite knowledge on city code and great attention to detail, Cindy's specialty is turning preliminary plans into the final construction documents that will bring your house to life! Whether in her personal life or professional, Cindy handles every situation with grace and precision.
Cindy is a Certified Professional Building Designer, member of the American Institute of Building Design, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Texas Institute of Building Design. She truly has a passion for great architecture. When she's not in the office, she loves spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors!
