Thy "Liem" Tran and Thinh Pham, better known as the one and only "Sushiman," have owned the restaurant since 2003. With their partner from Mikado Laurier going into semi-retirement, the timing was right to carve a new identity. All of the Mikado Monkland staples customers have grown to love and became loyal allies in our adventure. Through the years, Sushiman and his team have introduced some new sushi creations to go along with such favorites as the sushi pizza, salmon tartar, ebi gyoza, chicken/salmon/steak/shrimp teriyaki and rolls like the Happy, Relax, NDG, R-8, Paradise and Hampstead... Japanese restaurant specializing in sushi and sashimi located in Montreal.
