Josh brings an expert eye to all things design under one ultimate goal - to move others. While his love for art began while drawing on his mom's walls, his professional career began as an Art Director following his education at the Rochester Institute of Technology where he earned a BFA in Graphic Design with a focus on Marketing and Advertising. Since that time, he has overseen integrated advertising campaigns across print, TV, web, digital and social, as well leading rebranding and design efforts for corporate identity systems. Josh strives to develop strong relationships with clients to deliver strategic and emotionally-resonant creative that also successfully achieves business goals. Outside of art, his greatest joys are spending time with his loving wife, Sarah, serving in his church and community, and cuddling up to his Corgi, Jax and cat, Mayflower.
Lauren's skills defy definition. From providing clients with trusted strategic counsel to facilitating communication between the client, agency and other partners, she leads all aspects of the team's project management efforts. After obtaining her MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, she started her marketing career on the client-side for a reclaimed wood company before finding her stride (and joy) agency-side. Leveraging her one-of-a-kind skill set, she has managed a wealth of successful projects for a wide range of clients - from small-but-mighty non-profits, to worldwide brands. After guiding her latest project to successful conclusion, you can usually catch her whipping up a batch of cookies from her vintage cookbook collection, or curled up reading something off of PBS's Great American Read list.
