Angele is an Associate based in the firm's Long Island office. Angele has extensive experience litigating complex and high exposure cases involving catrostrophic injuries. She has successfully represented hospitals, healthcare facilities, non-profit organizations, municipalities, businesses and individuals in disputes involving automobile and transportation claims, construction and design defects, premises liability and general negligence matters.
Arya is an Associate in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, where he focuses his practice on general liability litigation in both state and federal courts. He has represented clients in labor and employment disputes, as well as in premises liability, automobile claims, and other negligence matters. Arya also devotes a significant portion of his practice to defending common carriers by railroad against claims brought pursuant to the Federal Employers' Liability Act. Prior to joining the firm, Arya represented clients in a range of civil matters, including landlord-tenant, consumer protection, community association, home improvement, and debt collection cases. His practice allowed him to represent both plaintiffs and defendants before multiple trial courts in the region.
Ashley Pipari is an Associate in the firm's Philadelphia office. Her practice includes a variety of litigation matters in areas such as premises liability, general negligence, automobile liability, products liability, construction defects, and professional liability defense.
Ashley received her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School, graduating Cum Laude in 2020. During law school, Ashley was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society and received the Certificate of Achievement in Legal Methods I and III. Ashley completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware, obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minor in Public Policy in 2017. During her undergraduate studies, Ashley assisted in research for the later published "Buying Reality: Political Ads, Money, and Local Television News."
Ashley Hobson-Garcia is an associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale, FL Office where she focuses her practice on bad faith/ insurance coverage litigation, construction litigation, professional malpractice, and class action defense.
Ashley was born in Florida and raised in Trinidad. She has since lived in Canada and England.
Prior to her admission to the bar, Ashley gained legal experience in a variety of paralegal roles. She has worked in both plaintiff and defense firms, as well as in-house in a major property insurer.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading, exercising and spending time with her family.
Brandi is an Associate based in the firm's Virginia and District of Columbia offices and has over ten years of experience litigating civil and administrative matters. She represents clients in general liability litigation, personal injury, professional liability and product liability matters.
Charles has experience in both commercial litigation and general liability defense. He has earned frequent recognition in Virginia Lawyers Weekly's annual survey of "Largest Med Mal Defense Verdicts in Virginia."

Ronald M. Cherry is a Partner Emeritus in the firm's Baltimore office. He has been a member of the Maryland Bar since 1982 and is rated AV by Martindale Hubbell. Mr. Cherry is an experienced litigator having tried, as first chair, well over two hundred cases in his career. He has a wide range of experience in several types of litigation, including but not limited to, employment law, negligence, breach of contract, electrical contact, intentional torts, assault, battery, defamation; stockholder challenges, real estate matters, lead paint, toxic tort, products liability, police misconduct, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, and trademark infringement. He has handled appeals in State and Federal Courts.
Mr. Cherry is an adjunct professor at the University Of Baltimore School Of Law. He has also been a frequent lecturer for MICPEL and the Maryland State Bar Association, on topics including but not limited to Civil Procedure, Expert Witnesses, Settlement Negotiations, Discovery and Trial Practices. He annually serves as a facilitator for MICPEL's Trial Advocacy Program as well as MSBA's professionalism program for new admittees. He has also performed seminars for the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association, The National Bar Association and the National Business Institute
Mr. Cherry served as president of the Monumental City Bar Association from 2000 to 2001. He served as Chair, of the MSBA Special Committee on Minorities in the Legal Profession from 1995-1996 and chaired the Baltimore City Bar Association's Special Committee on Homelessness in 1996. He has also served as chair of the Monumental City Bar Association's Judicial Selection Committee. Mr. Cherry has served on the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Association of Maryland, The Combined Health Agencies and the Boy Scouts of America. He was a founding Trustee of the Howard County Bar Foundation. Mr. Cherry also served as a member of the Attorney Grievance Inquiry Panel and its Review Board.
Mr. Cherry was a recipient of the University of Maryland BALSA's Practitioner of the Year Award. Since January of 2007, he is annually honored in Baltimore Magazine's Super Lawyers Edition as one of the top 5% of the profession based upon ethics, experience and reputation.
