We are a wholly owned subsidiary of J W Korth & Company LP, a broker dealer that is a member of FINRA and SIPC, founded in 1982 by James W Korth... We provides asset-based lending on properties and sponsors that don't quite qualify for bank financing, yet also don't believe they need to pay the high rates charged by traditional hard money lenders. By fitting in this "in between" market, KDM Financial brings affordable financing to quality properties... Our low doc program and common-sense approach gives KDM Financial the ability to provide our mortgage broker network an easy to use platform and a borrower friendly program. Our goal is to keep the approval process as simple as possible, from the initial screening to approval and all the way to closing.
