LACTOL

The company "Lactol" is the first Ukrainian "start-up" in the dairy processing industry that has developed and implemented an innovative concept for the production of the dairy products with extended shelf-life... The results of the activities of the "Lactol International" were published in the scientific works of the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade, National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, scientific and practical journal «The Dairy Industry», abstracts of the 8th Congress of the International Association of Gerontology and Geriatrics (Ireland, 2015) and in the materials of several international scientific journals and conferences.
