The firm is directed by Robert J. Scott, AICP, LEED AP who has worked in the public and private planning sectors for over 20 years. Mr. Scott has his certification in the planning field by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Dedicated to sustainable building practices, Mr. Scott is also a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, the U.S. Green Building Council's indicator of the most qualified, educated, and influential green building professionals in the industry. In addition to his professional consulting work, Mr. Scott teaches planning and zoning courses as a part of a professional certification program for municipal code compliance officers.
