From designing with Gerry to installation, the process was smooth. Gerry is a fantastic designer who knew exactly what I needed/wanted without me saying much. Also, he's not afraid to tell you no if something you suggest will not work! That's the sign of a good designer. He doesn't want you to be left with something that doesn't look, function, and feel good! There was a hiccup that one of the closet doors wasn't drilled correctly, but no big deal. It was corrected and installed within a couple of weeks or so. Other than that, the installation guys are so good! No mess left behind and my room smelled like oranges at the end. :-) Compared to other BIG chains (you know the one), going with a local company is the better choice in my opinion. They hold themselves accountable to you. I would highly recommend them for your custom closet. Jasmine W.
