LAM - Key Persons
Christina is responsible for assisting with new hotel openings as well as overseeing the day to day operations of our hotels, including guest and employee satisfaction, recruitment, housekeeping, financial performance, sales and revenue generation. Prior to joining Lam Group, Christina owned and ran an apparel business for 20 years and attended Barnard College.
Cindy Luk - Managing Director
Cindy is responsible for assisting with new hotel openings and ensures smooth and efficient operations within the hotels. She oversees the day to day operations of the Lam Group hotel portfolio. Prior to joining Lam Group, Cindy owned a Fashion Manufacturing and Marketing business for 20 years and attended from Baruch College.
Dianna oversees property accountants for the Lam Group hotel portfolio. She manages training and development for all property accounting personnel. Dianna has experience analyzing portfolio metrics and building process flows in the mortgage loan servicing department for portfolio management, delinquency monitoring, workouts, modifications and asset management. Dianna received her MBA at NYU Stern School of Business.
Diptesh manages construction management of current and upcoming hotel development projects. He coordinates construction operations with architects, design consultants, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors and hotel franchise representatives. Diptesh has more than 18 years of construction management experience in India, Canada and US. He is a graduate of Gujarat University, India, with a degree in Civil Engineering.Project Manager
Hung oversees the daily operations of the Lam Group hotel portfolio and serves as head of franchise relations. He is responsible for developing strategic plans for each property in regards to marketing, time management, budgeting and working with the management company to increase return on investment. Hung is an executive committee member of the Association of Starwood Franchisees & Owners, served as Board of Advisors on many major franchises and other businesses. Prior to joining Lam Group, Hung was in the Fashion, Manufacturing and Importing industry. Hung attended New York University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Marketing, Business Management and Accounting.

Joann oversees procurement and special projects for the Lam Group portfolio. She is responsible for supervising and coordinating with various vendors, designers, architects, Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E). Joann plays an integral role in bringing together new hotels during opening. Prior to joining Lam Group in 2011, Joann owned a Fashion Manufacturing and Marketing business. Joann is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), with a degree in Production Management.

John Lam is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Lam Group. He is well known in New York's fashion, hotel and real estate industry. Prior to real estate, John started out in the fashion and garment industry, where he founded the Lam Group Fashion Group in 1970. John is now the Honorary President of the Greater Blouse Skirt & Undergarment Association, in addition to serving on the Board of Directors of East Bank. As a well regarded real estate mogul, John is frequently quoted in many publications and has received numerous recognition as a business leader, including Crain's New York Business Magazine All-Star; Ellis Island Medal of Honor Award, Man of the Year Award from Chinese-American Planning Counsel and Top 10 Most Influential outstanding Chinese Businessman by China Association for International Economic Cooperation under the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China. John is a well-respected member of the Chinese American community and is considered a prominent developer and owner of real estate in New York City.
Julie assists in overseeing the legal affairs for the Lam Group, which includes matters pertaining to labor and employment, as well as all aspects of various real estate transactions. Prior to joining Lam Group, Julie prosecuted at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in a special victims unit. Julie received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University of Law.

Keith oversees design and construction activities for the Lam Group. He oversees day-to-day operations to ensure that projects are done on time and on budget. His constant communication with contractors and architects gives the Lam Group a strong network of relationships in the field.

Richard oversees all financial reporting and accounting functions at Lam Group. Richard brings with him knowledge and experience over the processes and functions of financial reporting from his career in public accounting. Through this experience he has played an integral role in establishing the necessary controls to ensure proper and effective reporting. Richard is a graduate of University of Maryland College Park with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Tong takes the responsibility to operate the comprehensive management of EB-5 program from the consolidating the basic program documents to consultation services to EB-5 investors, including research and analysis on EB-5 insights, executing B2B and B2C marketing strategy, partnership with internal and external professionals, maintaining excellent customer relationship, etc. Tong graduated with master degree of Economics and Bachelor in China Border Security Law. His Many years experiences and background with passport and visa administration for Chinese people make us always strong to provide valuable service to our clients.
