LIFE INC is a nonprofit organization that helps individuals remain independent in their own homes and community by providing home care services, medical equipment, ramps and much more!... *Limited to elderly/disabled patients only. Patients utilizing other home care providers (not including L.I.F.E., Inc. or LIFE In-Home) are encouraged to contact SMTS @ 573-431-5765. Elderly/disabled patients WITHOUT a home care provider can call the L.I.F.E., Inc. office at 800-596-7273. NO same-day appointments will be allowed. Please call as far in advance as possible to schedule your ride. Priority will be given to doctor's visits. Our transportation program currently runs Monday through Friday...
