From our local suppliers of beef we can hand select pure breeds the likes of Aberdeen Angus, Highland, Hereford. Along with top grade cross breeds we have all textures and flavors catered for. Our Lamb is from selected farms which have grazing down to the Bute shore line which provides us with unique flavored Lamb. We source Saddle back Pork from the Island of Arran and other Scottish farms all with full traceability. We offer a comprehensive range of products to suit all individual tastes and occasions...
