LPRIFA

The Lonesome Pine Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (LPRIFA) is a multi-jurisdictional organization that was officially established in 2019. The LPRIFA encompasses the Southwestern Virginia counties of Dickenson, Lee, Scott, and Wise and the City of Norton... The Commission is recognized by the Appalachian Regional Commission as an ARC Local Development District and by the Economic Development Administration as an Economic Development District. LENOWISCO has been heavily involved in local infrastructure planning and development. Emphasis has been placed on Community Development, Economic Development, Transportation and Public Utility Infrastructure. We pride ourselves on adjusting to the changing needs of our region.
