In my experience since 1992, I have been practicing Agile since 2004, am into Agile Coaching since 2010, and launched my first SAFe Agile Release Train in 2017... My prior work involved collaboration among global cross-functional teams of product management, engineering, usability, QA/testing, devops, customer support and field as well as vendors. I work closely with product management and business owners on product strategy, backlog & roadmap. I have implemented several Agile best practices for variety of teams and used different tools, games & techniques. I am one IT veteran who has started his career as a developer and has progressed through the lead, project manager, delivery manager and program manager. I've worked with onsite, offshore as well as globally distributed teams from product as well as services and enterprise as well as startup environments working in variety of technologies and domains.
