Allison Miller

Allison joined Liz Moore and Associates in 2016 as the Maintenance Manager for Property Management and after 4 years with the company, transitioned into a Property Manager position. Allison was born on the eastern shore of Virginia and raised in Williamsburg Virginia where she graduated from Lafayette High School in 1999. After graduation she studied Liberal Arts at Thomas Nelson and then Trident Technical College in Charleston South Carolina. The next stop for Allison was Charleston, South Carolina where she lived for 16 years. Allison got involved in property management while working for Avocet Properties on Folly Beach and became a Property Manager. She earned her license and managed short term and long term rentals. Allison lives in Williamsburg with her husband Jeremy, daughter Grace and two cats Selene and Bodhi. In her spare time you will find Allison enjoying time at the beach or riding roller coasters at Busch Gardens. She has a green thumb and loves being outdoors with all her plants and flowers. Bob Halloran

Bob's experience includes 15+ years as Marketing Director at VHDA (now Virginia Housing) where he led a wonderful team of Marketing professionals. In this capacity, he worked to increase awareness of resources that make housing affordable for Virginians. He also provided marketing consulting to a for-sale condominium community, housing related non-profits, local government officials and independent living communities. His experience includes strategy development, digital/social media, customer service delivery, marketing research, inbound marketing campaigns, public relations and web development. His background also includes running his own marketing agency as well as senior level marketing roles at Branch Cabell (a regional brokerage firm based in Richmond), Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO) and Franklin Templeton Investments. Bob has taken graduate level real estate development classes at VCU and earned his Principles and Practices of Real Estate certificate. Bob's love for travel and adventure took him on an around-the-world backpacking trip where he met his future wife in a youth hostel in Auckland, New Zealand. Originally from California, Bob relocated to Richmond when they decided to get married. They now are the proud parents of four amazing kids, two parakeets and an almost human Goldendoodle named Max. Bob is active in his community, has coached numerous youth sport leagues and served on the Board of Directors for Podium RVA.
