Fast forward to December of 2015, and after spending months workshopping the perfect cheese sauce, David was ready to take his recipe on the road. Armed with four fresh flavors and a refurbished truck, Mac N' Noodles made its debut at Prost Brewing in Denver. Watching his mac n' cheese put the "comfort" in "comfort food" for dozens of happy customers made David realize he was onto something.
