As assistant lead recruiter, Alexis Cabero focuses on identifying talent for a variety of industries including medical devices, administrative support, customer service, engineering, and human resources. Graduating from The University of California, Irvine with a B.A. in arts and digital media, Alexis' recruiting career began in 2014 while staffing for assisted living facilities, where she matched passionate healthcare professionals to provide personal non-medical care for home care clients. Alexis is passionate about helping others recognize their potential, and does so by using a thorough discovery process with her Candidates to better understand what areas they excel in and providing opportunities exclusive to Marquee Staffing.

Anisha joined Marquee Workforce Solutions in August 2017 as a Recruiter Specialist, where she is enjoying recruiting in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Clinical, IT and Non-IT roles. For the last 3 years Anisha's responsibilities range from coordinating and supporting hiring and account managers, as well as recruiting and building strong client/service relations. Prior to employment at Marquee Staffing, Anthony worked as a Sales and Marketing Specialist with emphasis in patient education, marketing, and management of Down syndrome and Autistic Disorders. Anthony graduated with a B.S. in Biological Sciences degree from University of California, Irvine. Anthony is passionate about building genuine relationships with new and existing clients to provide the best staffing experience possible. Brad graduated from California State University San Marcos with a B.A. in communications and a minor in Spanish. Shortly after graduating, he took a job teaching at a high school in Madrid, Spain. It was an incredibly rewarding experience as he was able to exercise his passion for learning about other cultures and customs, in addition to helping young students to maximize their potential. For that reason, Brad fell into recruiting because it is an industry based on similar principles. He began recruiting for an agency in San Diego before joining the team here at Marquee Staffing.
When Brad is not working, he enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and live music.

Chris joins Marquee with over 20 years of experience in the industry, specializing in engineering and technical staffing within Aerospace, Medical Device, Robotics /Automation and Industrial Instrumentation industries. Chris's strong understanding of the product development process and correlating manufacturing requirements of his clients has supported the growth of many Southern California technology leaders.
Prior to joining Marquee, Chris was the Founder and President of Pacific Technical Search, Inc., an engineering and technical staffing firm servicing Southern California for 19 years. His commitment to building long term partnerships with his clients and having an understanding of each of their unique staffing needs has led to outstanding results. Originally from the East Coast, Chris earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont where he played Division 1 basketball. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, surfing and making custom longboard skateboards.

With over ten years in the industry, Claudia joined Marquee in 2011 where she has been vital in growing and developing the Orange County Territory. With her strong business acumen, understanding of the market and stellar customer service, Claudia does it all! She sets the tone for building solid relationships with both her internal team and with clients.
Prior to joining Marquee, Claudia led several on-sites in the mortgage, aerospace and medical device industry. In her current role as senior VP of operations, she has been instrumental in developing the Orange County region as well as overseeing all company operations. Claudia can be counted on to successfully spearhead any project and has a no-nonsense approach when leading her team and driving company performance.
Originally from Colombia, SA, Claudia can be seen outside of work enjoying a good soccer game, Lakers game or football game. You can also find her in San Clemente on most weekends enjoying the beach and her family.

While Emily's recruiting career is just starting, Emily utilizes her years of customer service skills to find qualified candidates to help place them into their ideal work environment.

Prior to joining Marquee, Emily served for over eight years in the U.S. Coast Guard as an engineering officer, pollution officer and tactical officer where she focused on computer systems management. With her expertise in IT, Emily moved on to support and grow Marquee Staffing as executive vice president where she oversaw the company's operations, computers and communication systems.
Emily has now transitioned as CEO of Marquee Workforce Solutions where she focuses on collaborating with her dedicated team to recruit the industry's best technical talent. As a minority and female owned business, the organization is targeting new market share of IT staffing businesses with a focus on contract and direct-hire IT placements.

Her natural ability to recruit great clerical talent earned her a promotion to recruiter. Hillary focuses on identifying candidates for direct placement searches in the fields of manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, distribution, human resources, and production. Hillary's expertise and ability to produce a high caliber of talent for our clients' direct placement needs have added great value to our staffing operations. As a Recruiter for Marquee Staffing, Keoni takes pride in matching our top job opportunities with the best candidates. Prior to becoming a Recruiter, Keoni worked closely with our Accounting team as a Payroll Specialist. After building rapport with the rest of our staff, he quickly realized how much he had missed recruiting. His previous recruiting experience comes from having served 8 years in the Marines where he spent his time helping many individuals enlist. He enlisted into the Marine Corps in 2011 after having moved to Washington state from Guam. While in the Marines, Keoni was able to travel to many countries such as Japan, Hawaii, Guam, and Australia.
When he is not assisting others get their dream job, he loves playing football, working out, and cooking with his fiancé.

Maribel comes to Marquee Staffing with an extensive background in customer service. Maribel worked for a sporting goods company for 14yrs in the International Customer Service Department. She joined Marquee Staffing as a Talent Coordinator where her primary focus was to help our recruiters with any administrative work that needed to be done. Maribel slowly started to recruit and she found herself having a passion for the recruiting side as well. Maribel's primary focus as a Talent Coordinator is to ensure the inner workings of the office run smoothly and efficiently. Maribel takes pride in providing top-notch assistance to our recruiters and is adept at multitasking.
In Maribel's spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her three girls. She also enjoys traveling with her family.
A native to Orange County, Nina's staffing career began in 2006 placing quality engineering candidates with distinguished companies as a successful recruiter and client manager. Nina specializes in recruiting for mechanical and electrical engineers in all industries from aerospace, medical device and manufacturing. She understands the engineering programs and importance of matching specific technical skills for position success. Her strong connections within the industry have been vital in her success. Nina's excitement in placing engineers is due to the direct impact the products have on people's lives: Everything we touch has been engineered in one form or another. She currently works as an on-site manager at a prominent medical device company.
Outside of work, Nina has been a dedicated volunteer to local nonprofit organizations for the past 15 years. She also enjoys being outdoors, hiking and spending time with her three children.

Renee joined Marquee Staffing in 1994 as the company controller. Over the years, she has excelled in her role by taking on every aspect of managing a staffing company. Overseeing accounting and finance, HR, and information technology, she is deeply involved with the day-to-day operations. Renee has also been instrumental in negotiating credit lines and banking relationships. She is a seasoned risk manager credited with a very successful workers' compensation program, in turn qualifying Marquee to enter TSIL, a prestigious self-insured group.
Renee enjoys bringing people together to find solutions to yield success and to get things done. She believes in sustaining long-term relationships with employees, clients, and corporate partners. She has earned the respect of her team by engaging them, providing direction, and supporting each and every team member in their individual roles. She is passionate about her work and loves what she does.
Renee graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, with a bachelor's degree in commerce with a concentration in accounting & marketing. She is also an enrolled agent certified to practice before the IRS and a certified management accountant.
Renee is dedicated to her family and likes to spend time cheering for her sons playing football and rugby. She enjoys trap shooting, skiing, and long walks on the beach with her husband. She also regularly travels back to Canada in order to visit family and reconnect with her French-Canadian heritage.

Having 10 years of corporate experience under his belt, Tom saw an opportunity to join the staffing industry and decided to venture out on his own. This is when Marquee Staffing was born in Carlsbad (1989).
