This marketing whiz livens up any meeting, whether it's through her unwavering optimism or signature crab dance that she uses to celebrate all great things. Persistent and energetic, Andrea overflows with new ideas. If you were to ask Andrea where her favorite place in the world is, at home cuddled up on the couch with her boyfriend Nick and beloved golden retriever Barnabus would be at the top of the list - a close second being out in Scottsdale discovering new favorite hotspots that have perfected the Aperol Spritz. The ultimate hype queen, she is known to support her tribe through & through. She may even leave a trail of sparkles wherever she goes. On a sunny Sunday in October in 2019, Andrea got goosebumps when she read the job description for her current role as Brand Manager. The connection was mutual and every day since she has cherished the opportunity of being the lead brand ambassador for the team. Each day she brings a personal passion to widen the platform on which North&Co. stands. She consistently levels up North&Co.'s brand by building bridges of social and technological commerce to seamlessly connect our agents and the clients they serve. Her goal is to wake up fresh each morning and channel her strategic energy and offer answers to questions before they even happen. And, she's just getting started - she has a long list of ideas for advancing the brand and the dynamic community it creates. Prior to joining the North&Co. team, Andrea was part of a successful start-up in the health and wellness industry in the Twin Cities. Being part of a cohesive team of motivated entrepreneurs who run fast and far is familiar to her, and she loves the spirit of the hustle. Her goal is to always learn, grow, and improve. Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Andrea's love for branding and marketing grew through years in various marketing roles specializing in social media management, digital marketing, brand strategy, and project management. She's always had a passion for cultivating community - and Brand Management is the perfect harmony between her personal and professional interests. Strengthening an incredible brand and helping it connect with the community and inspire those in it - that's her dream.
Determined and energetic - few people max out the 24 hours of a given day like Annie McGeorge. Proud wife to her best friend Cooper (who she's known since age nine), Annie values family time over most things, and cherishes every moment she carves out in her day to spend with her three young children. Annie's innate hustle stems from being raised in a household with a football coach father and three older brothers; a family deeply ingrained with commitment, hard work, and fortitude. She loves 90s rap and knows every word to "Juicy" - one of the rap songs that gives a shout out to accountants. When she isn't blasting music and embarrassing her kids, she's cheering on her favorite Arizona teams: the Cards, Dbacks and Suns. After six years of being a third-party accounting officer and right-hand to North&Co.'s leadership by way of McGeorge CPAs, Annie joined forces in-house with North&Co. in January of 2021 and was named CFO & COO. She has always admired the company's mission of setting the industry bar at the highest level to best protect the consumers we serve. Paired with her passion to continually educate and empower agents to think and act like a business owner, Annie is an unstoppable force when it comes to her contributions to elevating North&Co. In her current role she oversees the accounting and operations teams; responsible for leading investing, taxes, financial management, data analytics, and forecasting. She creates strategic alliances across departments and commands a peak state on which the overall machine of North&Co. is run. Aside from her beautiful family, Annie's proudest achievement is partnering with her husband at McGeorge CPAs in 2013 and growing it into a business serving over 700 clients. As McGeorge CPAs Chief Accounting Officer for eight years, Annie led strategy and delivered high quality financial analysis for companies in multiple industries, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 5. Prior to McGeorge CPAs, Annie held positions as Financial Advisor at CVS Health and was a Tax Supervisor (Senior and Associate) at BeachFleischman PC for four years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the Eller College of Business at the University of Arizona, followed by her CPA degree. Annie's fiscal prowess and communication skills were scouted early on, and she was recruited to teach the Becker CPA prep course which she did for four years. Annie values the grit, determination and accountability in those she surrounds herself with, and is motivated to help each North&Co. agent and employee reach their highest operating potential. She is driven to maximize profits and improve overall results (ideally with a jersey on and a beer in hand).
Brian graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. He began his real estate career in 2006, buying and selling as an investor. In 2011, he expanded his business infrastructure and scope through building a team and integrating the traditional representation of buyers, sellers and investors. In 2014, he acquired a small, local brokerage and created the vision for what is now, North&Co. Over the last decade, the Metro-Phoenix marketplace experienced some of the most vigorous and tumultuous market-shifts in the United States. In that time, Brian became a student of the market, and its ever-changing conditions; in a pursuit to find better ways to engage with the consumer, secure a clientele-based business and refine how real estate is transacted. Brian is driven by his own personal pursuit to merge old-school with new-school tactics, and reinvent inefficient business models. Phoenix has been a breeding ground for doing just that. From seasonality, lifestyle and investor-trends to bubble explosion, bubble implosion, rebound and revival, Brian has a ‘knack' for identifying ways to create new opportunities, regardless of market condition. His strategies are tested and proven through his sustained success as an investor, an individual agent, a team-lead as well as founder of one of the fastest growing, and most productive, residential brokerage firms in Arizona. Brian is viewed as an industry influencer. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and regularly speaks across the U.S. at major local and national industry events. As of today, Brian North remains investor, top producing agent, team leader, and brokerage owner. Every day he is driven to elevate and reinvent this industry beyond its traditional spirit.

Julie graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration. She went on to become a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer working for a large Chicago-based service provider here in the Valley. In 2013, Julie decided to change her career path and earned her Real Estate license. In 2016, she joined the Jason Hall Team and in 2018, they moved their team to North&Co. Her time at North&Co. has been spent managing The Jason Hall Team while working her own Real Estate business and in 2019 was named the Compliance Manager, where she strives to help and protect the agents within the brokerage. Her management experience stems from her volunteer world which includes acting President of her HOA since 2001, an Executive Board member of the Highland High School Football Booster Club and founding member and Secretary of a newly formed Soccer Club in Mesa. In her free time, Julie likes to spend time with her husband and 3 teenage boys. She enjoys watching the boys play and coach high school football, baseball and soccer. Julie's goal is to continue to learn the world of Real Estate while growing with the North&Co. family.
Lauren's kind aura can calm any chaos. Naturally mindful, she believes the only thing stopping you is yourself, and she lives this mantra every day. Lauren is happiest when her creativity flows in the kitchen with her golden retriever, George, by her side. Blowtorch in hand, she is famed for her crème brûlée or fiery cocktail. It's all in the details in the kitchen, and Lauren brings that same measured approach to her management style as Director of Operations at North&Co. Lauren has been in her role since 2020, but her journey with North&Co. started in 2018. Initially North&Co.'s Front Desk Receptionist, Lauren quickly earned her stripes and became Operations Coordinator, moving on to become Regional Office Manager. Her attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility has contributed to her success in the Operations Department. In her current role, she oversees daily operations for facilities, events, education, accounting, and human resources. She has led workshops for colleagues on creating their own personal vision and employs her natural empathy and supportive nature to empower her team. Prior to joining North&Co., Lauren's professional background consisted of working in various segments of the hospitality industry including a private country club, corporate hotel chain, and a local culinary concept, with her areas of focus being catering sales, event planning, and marketing. Originally from Southern California, Lauren relocated to the beautiful mountain town of Flagstaff, Arizona where she attended Northern Arizona University. Lauren received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority. Lauren thrives on the North&Co. team where elevating your personal and professional self is prioritized. She believes in building strong communities through self-empowerment and acceptance, and is proud of North&Co.'s commitment to these ideals.

Michele is the glue; the one you come to when you need an ear, hug, pep talk, or confidant. Mama bear to three adult daughters and the North&Co. team, she is happiest soaking in the outdoors and digging in her garden. A seeker of life's many wonders, her travel bucket list is long, and you know she will get there. Michele is confident, intellectually acute and kind to the core. She knows magnificent gardens do not grow overnight…they take time, collaboration, trial and error, and openness for knowledge and adaptation. She shares this humble wisdom daily with the community at North&Co. As Designated Broker and Partner/Owner, Michele is guided by the African proverb, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." Michele has been instrumental in growing the brokerage since its inception, accentuated by the first-ever $1 billion in total homes sold, a milestone reached in 2020. Michele values the importance of protecting agents and consumers at the forefront. Working closely with every agent at the brokerage, Michele lives and breathes the dynamic culture at North&Co. Michele's journey with North&Co. began in 2011 when she met Brian North and was inspired to take a chance on a start-up company that was trailblazing the real estate industry - unknowingly setting the new standard for residential real estate development and investing. Thanks to her grit and talent of helping her agents reach their full potential, she was named Designated Broker in 2011 and Partner in 2020. Originally from Bellingham, Washington, Michele first began her real estate adventure in WA in 2005. She worked for a boutique brokerage where she learned from an innovative developer who specialized in land development and sales. With her prior background in retail management and customer service, she excelled at training agents and adapting to the constant shifts that impact this industry. Michele believes no dream is too big. She thrives on helping her agents exceed their goals and better their lives. Her infectious optimism permeates the culture at North&Co., and she finds herself inspired each day by the amazing talent and possibility within this brokerage.
Monica is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California. She is a graduate of California State University Fullerton with a degree in Business Marketing. Her career began in marketing and management at Red Bull North America at the US headquarters in Santa Monica, California. In her time at Red Bull she was responsible for running the South Los Angeles Field Marketing program, Consumer Collecting team, and supporting local and national marketing events and initiatives. With a new love of professional and personal development Monica worked for international powerhouse Lululemon Athletica. She helped manage the team at the Beverly Hills and Brentwood stores providing world class customer experience, team coaching, professional and personal development. Leading at Lululemon solidified Monica's life passion and purpose of coaching and goal setting to impact people in all aspects of their life. Prior to being at North&Co., Monica served as the Director of Operations for McGeorge CPAs helping run the firm while supporting the North&Co. agents creating their PLLCs. In the 3 years she worked at McGeorge CPAs she was able to experience and learn the unique culture and added value the brokerage provides to their agents. When she discovered the Real Estate Success Manager position, she knew it was in perfect alignment for her career and personal passions. In Monica's role as Real Estate Success Manager she ensures all agents and teams are properly connected to the people, resources, and tools they need to achieve success in life and in business. With her leadership skills and certifications Monica serves our agents to help them achieve their goals and aspirations within North&Co. and beyond. When Monica is not working she is having adventures with her husband Zac and their two kids, mentoring women, having zoom dates with her CA best friends, coordinating weddings, working out, and making memories with all of her AZ family members.
Rachel is the ultimate Chicagoan no nonsense, straight-shooter - everyone wants her on their team. She boosts the mood in any room she enters and quitting is not part of her vocabulary. Want to know what kind of mood she's in? Ask her how she dressed up her coffee that morning. You know she means business if she had an Americano. If she had a nonfat latte with an extra shot and two pumps of vanilla, she's unstoppable. Rachel loves to explore her new home state of Arizona with her boyfriend Jack and their goldendoodle Macaroni. Whether hiking a challenging trail or trying a new exercise class, Rachel thrives living the healthy Arizona lifestyle. A natural caretaker, she finds joy in helping others and excels as Operations Manager in the lively North&Co. Office. Thanks to her attention to detail and task-oriented nature, Rachel was promoted to Operations Manager in 2021. She keeps her colleagues on point with her organizational prowess and bubbly disposition. In her role, Rachel oversees company events, agent education & training, and leasing & property management for North&Co.'s flagship office. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Rachel discovered North&Co. in 2020 through our own Andrea Larson and began as Office Manager. They shared classes together at University of Minnesota - Twin Cities and were excited to be reunited as the go-to group project team. Rachel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks & Leisure Studies and began her career in event planning at a restaurant hospitality group in Chicago. She spent the better half of four years planning weddings, social, and corporate events and discovered her passion is providing support, organization, and joy to those who surround her. Rachel's can-do attitude gels with the upbeat and fast-paced environment at North&Co. She keeps the team on track, efficiently masters any checklist, and every individual she encounters knows they can rely on her. While Rachel loves being the go-to supporter, there's nothing she loves more than a classic Chicago dog - after all, you can take the girl out of Chicago but you can't take the Chicago out of the girl.

Stephanie has been in the real estate industry since 1996, holding positions in sales, service, support, management and leadership with top local and national brands. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Sociology. Prior to being in Arizona, Stephanie served as the Director of Education for Coldwell-Banker in the San Francisco Bay Area, worked in the training department for retail magnate Nordstrom and sold real estate in the competitive Beverly Hills market. Since arriving to Phoenix, Arizona in 2005 Stephanie worked for local giant, Realty Executives. In her nine years with Realty Executives she worked for both the international franchise as well as the local Phoenix brokerage. The last position that she held at the local brokerage was the Executive Director of Support Services. In this role she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the company's training/education, events, business development, social media, communications, public relations and marketing departments. In April of 2014, Stephanie Gonzalez was named the Chief Operating Officer of North&Co. In that position she is responsible for the operations, support services and strategic growth of the organization. She proudly works closely with CEO, Brian North, to maintain a brokerage that is nimble, innovative, relevant and ultimately offers a unique proposition to both consumers and their elite agent population.

Whitney coins herself an old soul, and her charm radiates to everyone she meets. Elegant and articulate, she is full of big ideas and the willpower to see them come to life. After twenty years of living in the Pacific Northwest, Whitney does not take a single bright and sunny day in Arizona for granted. Being homeschooled most of her childhood, she developed a muscle to practice creativity and personal development. Her connection with her family is tangible; on any given day, you may find her riding motorcycles through Nevada with her dad, road-tripping to Santa Barbara with her mom, talking political philosophy with her sister, or going on a run with her brother. Her adventurous spirit is what fuels her passion in making the North&Co. brand stand out. Whitney joined North&Co. as the Marketing Coordinator in 2021 after graduating with honors from Liberty University in Virginia. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Marketing & Advertising, Whitney brings her keen aesthetic and can-do attitude to level up the North&Co. presence - her pride and joy being social media. You often find Whitney mentoring North&Co.'s agents, employees, and partners on elevating their social network and bringing their brand to life. She has hustle in her soul and is an entrepreneur at heart. Having started her first business at the age of five (yes, five!) and a successful marketing business in high school, Whitney has a knack for accomplishing anything she sets her mind to. She is passionate about debate and political science and has served in multiple elected leadership positions in national political academies. Whitney has learned not to take life too seriously and to have fun with new learning opportunities. Her tireless curiosity and zest for life are tangible, and it is clear she is going places.
