My focus is helping business owners streamline their business operations (back office) so that they can have repeatable, predictable and scalable processes running their business. That allows for scaling and growing the business because now they have a solid foundation to operate their business from. My role in this often includes reigning in the business owner to get strategic and tactical with all their ideas so that we are driving the business forward instead of spinning in the chaos and crisis modes. I get the business owners FOCUS to be on the top priority items that contribute to the bottom line of the business... This session type is for those who have NOT identified where their problem is and may NOT know what they need to have done, OR may not know HOW to do it. This is for people who need help identifying where the gaps in their systems or processes are, and are looking for solutions... 2. have an online system but it needs to be updated and would like it done quickly;
