"We wanted to make a taste journey in Minoan Crete to you. We walked in the olive groves, in the gardens, we wandered in the corridors of the palaces, in the halls, in the warehouses and in their workshops. Weaving our own fabric in our workshop, the sound of a beautiful song reached our ears... A sound that traveled for thousands of years by the inhabitants of Knossos, passing through the windows of the palaces, crossing the space and time brought to us the laughter, the colors, the smells, the sounds, the tastes but also the taste of Minoan Crete.
